I stayed one night and I had very good experience. Highly recommend.

Room was well designed with good separation between sleeping and work areas. Layout felt functional and comfortable. Space was used efficiently without feeling cramped.

You can use this updated review for Super Hotel O Dashashwamedh Ghat: The biggest issue with this hotel is the misleading location. The property is shown as being at Dashashwamedh Ghat itself, but in reality it is around 300 meters away, near Kashi Vishwanath Mandir Gate No. 2, and located inside very narrow lanes. This should be clearly disclosed to guests before booking. Interestingly, the manager proactively calls guests in the morning to check arrival timing and shares the Google Maps location. Initially this feels like good customer service, but later you realize this is mainly because they are fully aware that the hotel location shown online is incorrect. Guests book assuming the hotel is right at Dashashwamedh Ghat, which is a premium location, and only later discover the actual location inside lanes away from the ghat. The room size was extremely small. Water pressure in the washroom was very poor — both the shower and jet spray were barely usable, and even the wash basin had very low pressure. They also do not provide even basic complimentary drinking water bottles, which is disappointing for any hotel stay. We checked in only at around 6 PM in the evening, so we requested just a 1-hour late checkout as a small adjustment. However, the manager refused and instead informed us that extra hourly charges would apply. Considering the misleading location and room issues, a little flexibility would have been appreciated, but unfortunately there was none. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations mainly due to incorrect location representation, cramped rooms, poor washroom facilities, lack of basic amenities, and lack of customer-friendly service.
