Had a very comfortable 2 night stay here. Owner is very helpful. Location is just beside Dashashwamedh ghat. Highly recommended.

The location is very close to the ghats. the Ganga Aarti location at Dashashwamedh Ghat is a five minutes walk away from the property. The entry gates of Vishwanath temple are about a kilometer away. The owner of the property and his family are great hosts going out of their way to make guests feel at home. We enjoyed staying at the property and visiting the various shrines. The room we booked was adequate for our stay. While the property does not have any catering facilities, there are plenty of eateries nearby and the food is tasty and affordable. The host family are more than happy to assist guests in bringing food over from the restaurants. Also, I was impressed by the straightforward, frank and professional attitude of the owners who cared more for their guest's comfort than the payment for the accommodation in advance. All in all a very good place to stay.

While the location is great accessibility could be a minor problem for those with mobility issues. On a normal day, one could come up to the Nandi Stupa circle, about 700m sway by automobile and then either walk along with a wheel chair porter hire to carry one's bags or take a cycle rickshaw to pass through small lanes arriving within 50 m of the property. The last leg has to be covered on foot as the property is located in a small alleyway, typical of any accommodation in areas very close to the temple and the ghats The proprietor was very kind to call us in advance and direct us. Unfortunately, as the property is very close to the ghats and the temple, the local police, in order to maintain crowd control, tend to arbitrarily restrict vehicular entry to the drop off points without prior notice. This could be a major issue to accessing the property. Unfortunately, such circumstances are beyond the property's control. As long as one has a flexible attitude and a reasonable expectation from a place situated in the heart of religious Kashi, one is bound to enjoy and appreciate the location of this accommodation and the convenience it offers
