Panchkote Raj Ganges

I had a wonderful two-night stay here in Varanasi. The location was fantastic: slightly tucked away from the busy streets, which made it wonderfully peaceful and gave me a chance to escape the intensity of Varanasi, while still being perfectly located to reach everything easily. The view of the Ganges was absolutely beautiful, and the hotel’s secluded setting created such a sense of calm and tranquility. It was the perfect place to relax before and after exploring the city. The staff were also fantastic: incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I could also borrow a yoga mat. A special mention goes to the cook, who prepared absolutely delicious meals. Both breakfast and the lunch I had at the hotel were excellent and fresh.

Excellent stay on the Ganga ghat with one of the best views in Banaras. Very friendly staff, especially Ranjeet bhaiya is very helpful and approachable. He helped us in planning the whole trip, and also made sure we have covered everything. He made sure to provide us with all the stories Banaras has to offer.

Nothing as such, if you are open to spending a little more, stay in a place other then typical hotels or resorts and expect to get the best value for money, this is the place!

The location , the decor and the food

The back gate connecting to the ghats was very unkept and. Bit dirty . A bit more maintenance would make this place exceptional

The location was spectacular and so were the owners and staff!! Thank you. Ravi, the cook was just brilliant. Loved the food.

Although the price for the rooms was the same, each room was different. The bathrooms could use some deep cleaning or a renovation.
