Palace On Ganges - Heritage Hotel

I always stayed in Taj hotel in Varanashi but my friend who is a professor at BHU suggested me to try this because of its close location to assi ghat and I do a lot of walk and running despite any weather. To my surprise this hotel is my go to place now whenever I visit Varanashi. Another reason is excellent hospitality by Mr. Vikas who I guess is a front desk manager he explained me nearby areas to visit , when I checked in it was very hot so he asked me to go to room and sent wifi details and all details through another person overall I am very happy with this hotel.

I manage a U.S. based company and sometime few professors from bhu come to visit me it would be nice to have a small conference room or atleast areas where 5-6 people can sit for 15-20 minutes.

Assi Ghat is just 100 meters away ~ Best hotel for witnessing Ganga Aarati

Excellent location to visit the Assi Ghat and walk around the ghat area. Very friendly and helpful staff with excellent service.

Check in was fast, They gave an upgrade as I requested for mothers birthday The manager who received us was exceptional Shared the right kind of information any tourist would want for

Staff seemed to be unprofessional I was charged 100 rupees for a water bottle which I was entitled via complementary bottles for day 2 , they charged me because my mother called room service unknowingly and was not okay to adjust in the final bill for day 2 when I did not get complimentary water bottles Seemed too petty for a good hotel to do this and charge the guest an additional 100 rupees.
