House is very homey and had all the amenities you need in a nice quiet area. Plenty of space for two couples to have their own private space. Great location with park access to Lake Leelanau right across the street. Many great wineries in short driving distance.
The downstairs needs a dehumidifier. It smells a little musty.

There is some unexpected utility steps to open/close the cabin. it was not a concern to me, but I can see how someone else might be frustrated.
