About this house rental
Enjoy spending time at this charming two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage on Lake Leelanau. This cozy lake house offers comfortable lodging for up to four guests. The living room has plenty of seating overlooking the beautiful lake views. There is wall-unit air conditioning and a wood-burning fireplace.
No more than four guests are allowed; however, there is a bunkhouse with one twin bed and a twin bunk bed if guests want to spread out. The bunkhouse does not have a kitchen or bathroom.
Enjoy the roomy yard. Walk out the door to a deck with comfortable outdoor seating and enjoy beautiful sunsets and fall color views. The huge yard is perfect for outdoor games. 100' of shoreline includes a dock and boat hoist that has a 3000 lb. limit. Three kayaks are included. There is a gas grill and a fire pit.
This cottage is just minutes from the Village of Lake Leelanau. In the area are groceries, wineries, a distillery, antique shops, and restaurants. There is a boat launch just a couple of miles from the house. Suttons Bay and Leland are about 10 minutes away.
Your well-mannered dog is welcome. One dog only. Please clean up after your pet.

This is our fourth time staying at Leelanau Blue. It is a lovely rental in a wonderful location with a view that we never grow tired of. It’s a great place for vacation. The kitchen is well appointed and the main bedroom bed is very comfortable. The deck has lots of seating and a table for eating outside. Great rental!

The lake view is awesome. Our weather was unseasonably warm. Was able to swim in October. The place is great. Clean and updated. Bathroom even has a heated floor. Next time I would bring my boat. Property manager called to make sure everything is ok too.

The interior of the Leelanau Blue cottage is modern & updated & was very clean. Two bedrooms, one is comfortable the other is tight on space. There is A/C but many of the windows lack screening so opening at night is not an option. The location is unbeatable, close to Suttons Bay and Leland. Ample outdoor furniture exists & is in good condition. There are 5 large tree stumps in the yard which pose a danger issue for kids playing & the dock was broken down at the seawall but passable. There is no ladder to get in/out of the water which made egress very difficult. The dock also had a lot of duck & seagull feces down near the end by the boat hoists.
