About this house rental
This Tri-level home is located across the street from Lake Leelanau. There is a public boat launch across the street and a small public beach/park (Bingham Township Park) 1 mile north. The paved TART bike trail is 1 mile easy of the house.
3 bedroom home: Bedrooms 1&2 have one queen bed each and bedroom 3 has one full and one twin bed.
There is a full bathroom on the upper level (same floor as bedrooms) with a double sink and shower/bathtub counter. On the main floor there is a smaller bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen has been recently renovated and new flooring was done throughout the main floor. The basement is also newly renovated and has a couch, two chairs, and a TV.
There is an attached 2 car garage which guests are free to use.
The backyard is completely fenced. There is a table on the deck, a picnic table, a small charcoal grill, a fire pit, and plenty of seating. There are two disc golf baskets and a few discs and a croquet set in the garage. There are some beach toys/floats as well .
The private property can be hiked (or try snowshoes in season), and views of South Lake Leelanau can be discovered. Please leave the land as you found it. No fires are allowed other than in the designated fire pit near the house. No motorized vehicles.

The property was perfect for our family vacation. They also provided some items that most VRBO homes do not so that was a nice surprise. There were a few items the kitchen lacked for cooking (no sauce pan or measuring cup) but we cooked every day in the kitchen and enjoyed the backyard, grilling, games and firepit. The beds were comfortable. The washer & dryer worked perfect so we didnt have to leave with dirty laundry. Plenty of room for us to relax and unwind. This home is not right on the lake, but you can walk to the boat launch. The home does not have neighbors close by so it was very quiet. We hope to return next summer!

Perfect spot close to Sutton bay, TC, and fish town! Backyard is great for a dog. Peaceful stay!
