Excellent location to enjoy the conveniences of Village living just a few blocks from the sandy public beach and marina, bike trails, tennis and paddle ball courts, excellent restaurants, shopping and quaint theater!

This was a fantastic homebase to explore Sutton's Bay and Leelanau County. We loved the older home's character which had plenty of space for a family of four. Its location was perfect for heading to the beach, exploring shops, and going out to eat - all by foot. We also loved spending time playing games, reading, and doing puzzles on the screened in porch.
There is no dishwasher and only one bathroom but that was not a problem for us - just an FYI.
We loved this rental and you will, too!

The location of this property was wonderful! Great for going in to town, accessing the TART trail and visiting Leland, Northport and Traverse City. Definitely recommend booking here!

Great location close to downtown Sutton's Bay, shops, a theater, the lake, restaurants, wineries, and a brewery! Everything was walkable and a very bike-friendly area if you choose to go a little further. Would definitely recommend this property.
