About this house rental
Welcome to The Elm House! Located in downtown Suttons Bay, this four bedroom, 2.5 bath home is centrally located to all of the areas activities! One block from the TART Trail, two block from Suttons Bays shopping and restaurants, walking distance to Hop Lot Brewery and the beach. The home is in the heart of wine country, giving easy access to all of Leelanaus wineries. The Elm House is stocked with everything you could need!
The space
Start the morning at the provided coffee bar with coffee, cream, sugar, and teas. Make a 5 course meal in the fully stocked kitchen and gather around the large dinning table to enjoy each other. Want to eat out instead? Just walk the few blocks into town where you can pick from the numerous restaurants! From the local drinking hole to Wren with their 5 course meals, there is an option for everyone. Hang out in the family room with the smart TV or listen to one of the vinyls on record player. The basement offers a large game room and additional 65inch television with lounge area. Foosball, air hockey, and many other games for hours of entertainment! Walk right to the beach, also just a few blocks away. Refresh in one of the three bedrooms all with new memory foam mattresses. Bringing kiddos? Pack light! Pack and play, high chair, noise machine, toys and books are all provided! The TART Trail is just a block away! Rent bikes and have them waiting for you at the house or bring your own and leave in the over sized garage. Whatever your plan might be, the Elm House is fully stocked for time in or centrally located for ALL of Leelanau's adventures.

While the property is advertised as a perfect home for children this property is also perfect for 62-90 year olds. Easy walk to downtown. Walking distance to grocery and all kinds of things to enjoy around the area! Loved our stay!

The house for perfect for our group. Perfect location to walk to town, beaches, and hop lot. Plenty of toys, books, and games to keep everyone entertained in the house. Very spacious, clean, and well stocked. Would recommend to anyone staying in Suttons Bay area.
