Excellent location, accommodation and hosts!

The accomodation was spacious, clean and well presented. The were sumptious views of the srrounding hills and puy de dome. It was good to find a well-equipped kitchen (even the knives were sharp!). Parking was close at hand and secure.

The outside stairwells were dimly lit (problem for us olds!). And completely beyond the hosts' control, there was a hugely noisy music festival nearby: you could FEEL the noise, which went on until 4AM!!!!!

Very good stay close to the city center with all facilities available and very communicative hosts.

the hosts were very very good in their communication. They sent the message with code for the secure key box well on time and with a splendid explanation to find the keys for room and locked parking. The location was good in the sense that the city center was very good reachable on foot (25 min), but we felt like we needed a locked parking to protect our car as the neighbourhood itself looked a bit worn. Very clean property and all you needed was there inclusive the WIFI code and a map with tourist information.

I would feel a bit hesitant to walk alone in the neighbourhood. The bed was a bit on the small side but otherwise everything was fine!

Perfect for small, mid length stay. Hosts responsive. Organic shop below

The hosts were really responsive and helpful. The appartment is cute and practical. Even thought I didn't cook it is possible to do so in the appartment. I used food delivery as I arrived on a Sunday evening, there was a nice amount of possibilities and the food was really good. The train station is at a short 10min walk distance, as is the rugby stadium. I didn't go in the city center as I wanted to see an other part of the town but it seems to be at a close walk distance and a bus stop is right in front of the residence with several lines stopping by.

Cleanliness of the floor was not great but I needed the keys early and they had to shorten the cleaning. All the rest was perfectly clean.

Unproblematic stay.

Good-sized private apartment in secure complex. Kitchen has everything needed to prepare your own meals. Good living space, with view of Puy de Dome, but nowhere to store clothes! Parking was secure with plenty of room. Located within walking distance of city centre, but tram line not too far for less mobile.

No air-conditioning. Property faces the afternoon sun and gets very hot in warm weather.

Wie überall: keine Handtuchhaken im Bad, nix, nirgends, keinen Ablagefläche für die Kosmetik etc. Lückenhafte Erklärung des Zugangsmechanismus.

Le petit bémol dans l'appartement est l'absence de case freezer dans le frigo et le manque d'une prise d'un côté du lit (ce qui en soi n'est pas non plus insurmontable) Le voisin du dessous (mais c'est surtout lui qui se pourrit la vie) L'immeuble en face qui cache la cathédrale mais pas le puy de Dôme
