Établissement très propre et bien situé dans la ville. La place de parking privée est un vrai plus, très pratique.

The flat in itself was quiet, nice, clean and functional. The carpark was a bonus.
The building is being renovated on the outside and is looking good. The inside would need a renovation too and was unclean. The staircase was dirty with waste left on the landing below the flat.

Das Apartment selbst ist OK, das Haus drumrum ein wenig "ranzig". Gut ist der PP hinten im Hof 👍🏼
Wie überall: keine Handtuchhaken im Bad, nix, nirgends, keinen Ablagefläche für die Kosmetik etc.
Lückenhafte Erklärung des Zugangsmechanismus.

bon lit, calme
