Perfect for one day of a pitstop.

Nice, clean apartment with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Location of the apartment was perfect, 15 - 20 min by foot to historic center of Clermont Ferrand. We also liked that it was easy to find parking spot nearby.

L'emplacement

On m'a mis devant le fait accompli en m'annonçant à mon arrivée que je n'aurai pas la chambre que j'ai réservée (on aurait pu m'envoyer un texto ou mail avant mon arrivée pour me le signaler, j'ai pris des photos de la chambre où j'ai séjourné différentes de la chambre que j'ai réservée sur le site). Le comportement des hôtes qui n'est pas du tout professionnel, j'ai réclamé à plusieurs fois la facture pour la renvoyer à l'employeur, je n'ai aucun retour alors que c'est mon droit d'avoir une facture d'une dépense faite. Les toilettes sont dans le sous sol, deux niveaux à descendre de la chambre aux toilettes. Je ne recommande pas si on veut garder une bonne impression sur son séjour. Je suis amenée à me déplacer régulièrement sur Clermont pour des raisons professionnelles, je prendrai un autre logement.

Hébergement spacieux, moderne, calme et bien équipé. Bon accueil des hôtes, qui prennent le temps d'échanger à notre arrivée pour nous apporter des conseils touristiques.

Petit Point de vigilance : 3 appareils/équipements figurent dans le descriptif du logement mais pas disponible dans le logement.

Nous avons trouvé beaucoup mieux sur Clermont depuis trois ans à tarif équivalent.

Appartement isolé dans une cour et donc loin du bruit de la rue. Literie confortable.

Pas de serviettes de bain de bains ni de torchons ni de capsule dédiée à une machine à café. Pensez à en amener. Pas de réponses à mes messages de l'hôte. Des travaux pendant notre séjour (perfo dans la cour pendant plus d'une demi heure). Surprenant, la douche dans la chambre et un lavabo pour le reste avec les toilettes à l'entrée dans un espace réduit.
