Very comfortable stop over in Chamalieres with Mountain views

Alain is a wonderful host, helped us to park a sizable mini wan under cover, showed us all room amenities and supermarket next door. This was a stop for the rest, but we still got the front view of the Amnesties Day Marching band parade from our apartment window. Apartment has very thoughtful provisions like band aids and sanitary products that you are not likely to see anywhere else showing great care for the guests.

We accidentally used up our daily hot water reserve and Alain was very kind to help us to reset the water again. The whole apartment is thoughtfully set up for energy efficiency and has the recycling bag to minimise waste.

A Great Stay

Great location on the outskirts of Clermont-Ferrand. We were able to walk to stage 9 of Le Tour de France. We also visited the beautiful Puy de Dôme. The appartment suited our needs and the host Alain was charming and responsive.

Compact flat but everything was good.

Je recommande!

Petit appartement parfaitement équipé. On trouve tout ce dont on a besoin et rien ne manque. Je déteste dormir sur les canapés convertibles mais je dois avouer que celui-ci est très confortable et n'a pas grand chose à envier à certains lits. Il s'ouvre et se referme en 1 "click". La place de parking réservée au sous-sol sécurisé, avec l'accès direct à l'étage par l'ascenseur, est vraiment très pratique.

El apartamento tenía de todo y estaba limpio y el dueño muy agradable. Parquing gratis en el mismo edificio. Bien situado para ir al centro y a los volcanes.

Idéal

Alain est une personne accueillante. L.appartement est idéal pour 2 personnes, il est bien équipé il ne manque rien. La clim même si nous n'en avons pas eu besoin est présente et le petit plus c.est un garage fermé au frais idéal quand on revient de vacances chargé. Idéalement placé à 15 min du parc Vulcania.

Le petit bémol je dirai l.isolation sonore car la rue en bas de l.immeuble est bruyante avec la circulation mais normal il est situé en ville. Et également le fait qu il n'y ait pas de volet mais juste des stores occultants avec un double rideau ba du coup dès 6h30 vous êtes réveillé par le jour. Mais à pas ça rien a redire.

Parfait accueil du propriétaire. Studio bien aménagé et optimisé. Bonne situation géographique. Riche documentation sur les activités possibles dans les alentours. Vue verte rafraîchissante et vue sur les flèches de la Cathédrale. Parking dans garage fermé au sous sol du bâtiment. Proche du centre de Clermont Ferrand (20 mn à pied 2,5 km) place Jaude, Cathédrale, musée Michelin, puy de dôme (14km) , vulcania(12km)... Commerce de proximité et restaurants proche du studio environ 50 mètres. Arrêt de bus.

Canapé lit de 140 cm confortable la première nuit tant à devenir inconfortable les nuits suivantes... Seul petit bémol du séjour de 3 jours.

Le studio est extrêmement bien équipé. La vue est superbe et l'insonorisation aussi. Facile d'accès. Garage parfait. La ventilation du plafonnier est excellente et hyper silencieuse. Très agréable.

Tout est fait pour se sentir "à la maison", les photos murales et la poésie permettent l'évasion !

Alain a été très accueillant et disponible. Il m'a remis les clés et m'a expliqué le fonctionnement du garage et de l'appartement. Il a également été là pour le départ. Le classeur explicatif, à disposition dans l'appartement permet aussi de s'installer seul, si Alain ne peut pas venir.

Muchos pros y un gran contra

Sin duda alguna, lo mejor fue la posibilidad de tener el coche en el garaje (Alain nos explicó todo lo necesario) y el aire acondicionado, un gran acierto!! Por si fuera poco, si el aire acondicionado hace ruido o molesta por la noche, el estudio está equipado con un ventilador de techo que es más que suficiente para mantener la temperatura mientras se duerme. Muy buena ubicación para recorrer la zona, muy bien comunicado con el centro de Clermont-Ferrand en autobús o incluso para ir andando. Hay un supermercado cerquísima, diferentes tiendas y sitios donde comer/cenar o encargar comida para llevar. Alain fue muy amable y nos explicó todo con detalle, además el uso de electrodomésticos está perfectamente detallado en instrucciones por todo el estudio. El baño está equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar y más, así como la cocina, donde no falta absolutamente nada para usar ni para cocinar (aunque la limpieza en el microondas y algunos utensilios se podía mejorar).

La cama es tremendamente incómoda. Puede que el colchón sea de buena calidad pero es excesivamente fino porque es un sofá convertible en cama y si fuera más grueso no se podría plegar. El armazón hace ruido cada vez que te mueves y está algo hundido en el medio. No hay espacio para mesillas de noche ni lámparas auxiliares cerca de la cama, así que si te tienes que levantar por la noche tienes que tener una linterna, el móvil (que no puedes tener cerca porque no hay espacio para mesillas de noche, insisto) o encender la lámpara del salón, despertando a la persona que duerma contigo. Quizá para una sola persona y una o dos noches esté bien, pero para dos personas y cuatro noches fue realmente incómodo. Después de pasar todo el día visitando sitios y caminando era deprimente saber la noche que te esperaba en esa "cama". Es una pena porque el resto del estudio estaba muy bien, pero hay que pensar si compensa.
