Parfait endroit pour une halte même pour un séjour +long mais changer le lieu de la boîte à clés

Très joli appartement avec un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Très bien décoré , bien agencé et avec tout ce qu'il faut

l'accès à la boîte à clés: 20mn pour arriver à ouvrir le boîtier qui est très mal placé surtout de nuit. Il faut essayer de lui trouver une autre place

Die ganze Wohnen war sehr schön. Die Aufteilung in Wohnraum mit Küche und Schlafzimmer hat für uns gepasst. Die Kinder konnten auf dem Schlafsofa schlafen, was ausreichend groß war. Ein tolles Bad mit Dusche.

La déco, l'emplacement, le charme

L'absence de détecteur incendie (est-ce normal pour la sécurité ??) dans l'appartement et dans les communs, la boîte à clés cachée derrière les poubelles, par conséquent difficile d'accès.

Déçu par rapport aux autres commentaires.

Propreté des escaliers et vitrage à changer. Canapé lit dure et manque de drap propre pour le canapé. Immeuble bruyant : on entend les voisins, les personnes qui descendent les escaliers et les voix extérieures (simple vitrage).

Je loue souvent cet appartement lors de mes séjours sur Clermont-Ferrand. Très propre. Bien décoré et équipé. Les hôtes sont très gentils.

Il manque peut-être un grille pain. Les oreillers du lit sont un peu minces.

L'accueil chaleureux et efficace, l'aide précieuse apportée par nos hôtes. La qualité de la raison de notre présence ici : Le SALON DU CARNETS DE VOYAGE

Les soucis occasionnés par un voisin qui s' est plaint du bruit de mes chiens ( sûrement pas si grave... ) Et ce , juste pendant 2 à 3 heures une matinée où j' ai dû les laisser seuls à l' appartement ! Alors que dans un autre appartement il y avait beaucoup de bruit occasioné par des rénovations entreprises par un gars très sympa... Et le samedi soir : fiesta organisée par des jeunes au dessus de nous. Sympas aussi ;ils sont venus nous avertir et s' excuser a l' avance ... Mais bon : point de vue tranquillité, c' était pas top...
