Conforme à la description. Informations précises. Appartement agréable.

Une odeur très fortement désagréable en arrivant dans le bâtiment (qui n'a certainement rien avoir avec l'hôte).

Appartement rénové et confortable pour 2. La résidence est située dans les hauteurs de royat.

L’appartement rénové, bien équipé et propre.

La résidence est ancienne et mériterait un coup de neuf. L’odeur (sans doute de tabac) dans les parties communes est désagréable. Juste pour information, il faut remonter 10 à 15 mn lorsque l’on revient des bains ou des termes. Ça peut poser problème aux personnes qui ont des difficultés à marcher. Ce n’était pas un problème pour nous.

Appartement très propre, refait à neuf et très bien agencé. Beaucoup d’ingrédients mis à disposition pour se préparer un café ou cuisiner , c’est très appréciable.
