L' emplacement. La propreté de l appartement.
L 'entrée de l'immeuble et les communs sont très très délabrés, voir insalubre avec en prime 3 poubelles collées à l'entrée et un ascenseur en panne. On a cru à une arnaque. Cela n'apparaissait sur le site. Nous avons hésité à annuler notre séjour. Comment se fait-il qu'il n'y ai pas de photos de cette entrée ni des communs sur le site booking ? Heureusement l'appart était comme sur les photos avec plein de petites fourmis.... C'est dommage... Nous étions pourtant confiant en observant la note sur votre site.

Appartement spacieux pour 3 personnes, Très propre ,cuisine superbe dème que salle de bain . Merci d avoir chauffé l appartement avant notre arrivée.

l'emplacement dans Royat qualité couchage, calme bien isolé des bruits extérieurs SBD très propre et spacieuse
la vue sur le mur dans la salle à manger , il fait sombre, on doit éclairer en permanence Volets ajourés pas d'obscurité totale dans la chambre, il manque des rideaux places de parking gratuites assez loin télécommande TV une touche manquante, poubelle cuisine cassée
