Appartement bien situé. Hôte aimable et réactif Facilité pour récupérer les clefs grâce à une boite à clef.
En revanche, propreté insuffisante à l’arrivée (éponges usagées, poussière, sous-vêtement oublié dans la douche, bouilloire sale), équipements défectueux (tiroirs cassés et chauffage non fonctionnel). Immeuble ( ancienne maison?) très sonore, on entend tout chez les voisins. Il y a des travaux bruyants très tôt juste devant le logement, mais cela est indépendant du propriétaire. Rapport qualité/prix décevant au vu du tarif.
