Spacious apartment well located in the centre of the city with a view on Puy de Dome. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and shower are ok. Basic equipment to cook. Easy to get the key, someone came to give them to me.
There is no wi-fi contrary to what is said on the Booking profile. The "wi" stands for "wireless" ("sans fil" en français). Despite some instructions to manipulate a modem, there was no response from it. It seems that it needed some cable connected to it. I was never given a wireless network and password for wi-fi.
There is absolutely no soap nor cleaning equipment available to wash the dishes and counters so I had to leave without washing my dishes - I have never seen that in 25 years of using Booking.com.
