Bad experience

When I arrived at the room, I got the impression that the room was not used for some time (we found a deaf fry on the bed). The room was a bit dusty. I slept on the sofabed, then I found two bed bugs on the sofabed the next morning. We booked this room for two nights, but left the room after the first night.

Appartement parfaitement équipé, élégant et propre en hypercentre - pensez aux boules QUIES !

L'appartement était très propre. Il est également bien décoré, et tout le nécessaire pour quelques jours est présent. Il est extrêmement bien placé et permet d'accéder au centre ville en quelques minutes à pied, en plus d'être au pied d'un arrêt de tramway.

Même si cela est logique car c'est en centre ville, et au premier étage en donnant sur une petite place, il faut penser à prendre des boules quies. On entend en soirée ou la nuit, jusqu'au petit matin dans notre cas, des personnes qui se regroupent sur la place.

un peu bruyant la nuit , et le parking payant mais sécurisé (budget en plus).Chacun choisit et nous on a préféré payé.

La qualité du logement, sa situation dans le centre ville, le parking juste à côté, la décoration, la fonctionnalité

Le magasin "Allo Tacos" ouvert toute la nuit juste en-dessous qui occasionne un peu de bruit.

Appartement dans un immeuble ancien mais bien retapé et décoré. Confortable et fonctionnel. L’emplacement en plein centre est un plus, proche toutes commodités et quartier vivant (ne convient pas pour du repos)

Parfaitement situé, très bien équipé — le ventilateur au plafond est un vrai plus

Appartement idéalement situé en plein centre de Clermont-Ferrand, parfait pour découvrir la ville à pied. Toutes les commodités étaient présentes, rien ne manquait pour passer un excellent séjour. Petit point à noter : le parking Saint-Pierre peut être difficile d’accès pour les gros véhicules type SUV — les manœuvres sont un peu serrées. À part cela, tout était parfait ! Je recommande vivement.

Un séjour agréable dans un logement propre, malgré des nuisances sonores le week-end.

Le logement était très propre, agréable et conforme à la description. La communication avec l'hôte par message a été fluide et réactive.

En revanche, l’accès au balcon uniquement par une fenêtre n’est pas très pratique, et les nuisances sonores importantes les nuits de vendredi et samedi (de 23h à 6h) ont rendu le sommeil difficile. Une meilleure isolation des fenêtres améliorerait vraiment le confort pour cet appartement sympathique

SUPER séjour !!!

Tout était SUPER bien, confortable, agréable et joli. Et facile. Et l'appartement sentait bon ;) Très bonne literie. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement. Parfait emplacement en hypercentre, le parking à proximité, durant notre séjour nous avons pu laisser la voiture et tout faire à pieds. Contact avec propriétaires par échanges de textos véritablement sympathiques et cordiaux. Nous pourrions tout à fait envisager d'y retourner l'an prochain !

Nous avons eu un "petit" manque de sommeil, en raison du tapage nocturne occasionné par le resto Tacos en dessous des fenêtres, qui offrent visiblement un service de livraisons toute la nuit. Donc : allers et venues de livreurs et échanges de personnes bruyantes jusqu'au petit matin.
