Clermont Ferrand is a very interesting place to stay. The apartment was a nice place to come back to.

Location. Near to town. Near to supermarket. Well equipped apartment. Secure parking in underground car park. Balcony giving a small outside seating area.

Difficult to find the office in the centre of Clermont Ferrand before being able to access the property. Having to give bank card details and give permission to use up to €500 to cover any damage. No prior information given in property details on Booking.com.

There's private parking, really close to supermarkets and walking distance to centre ville.

Need to put the €500 deposit, and appartement not really feel homey.

Good location. Very clean comfortable and well equipped apartment.

The apartment was very comfortable and within 10 minutes walk of the city centre. It was also well equipped. It was spotlessly clean and pretty modern. There was a supermarket underneath the apartment block which was very handy. The parking was secure and big enough for an SUV.

Sound proofing wasn’t great. There was a party in a neighbouring apartment until 5am one of the nights. Also, we could hear the resident above walking around her apartment early in the morning.

un problème avec la cafetière qui n'a pas vraiment été résolu, il y a aussi une prise près du lit qui ne fonctionne pas mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé

Geen code ontvangen van de lockbox, erg slechte service!

Het appartement was schoon en erg netjes. Het lag op een goede locatie en de parkeergarage was erg goed.

Ik had geen code gekregen via een bericht om de lockbox waarmee ik het appartement moest betreden te openen. Ik heb het nummer van de "congiere" gebeld, maar die sprak alleen Frans en geen Engels. Ik probeerde uit te leggen dat ik geen code had en hij bleef zeggen dat het in het bericht van booking stond (hier stond het niet in, ik heb zelfs meerdere mensen op straat gevraagd om mee te kijken). Ook de helpdesk van Booking.com kon nergens de code zien. De "congiere" heeft meer dan 5 keer de verbinding verbroken zonder mij te helpen. Uiteindelijk heeft het 1.5 uur!!!! geduurd voordat ik het appartement kon betreden, waaronder 30 minuten moeten bellen met de helpdesk van booking.com. Dus een erg mooi en schoon appartement, maar een verschrikkelijke service! Ik zou het zeker niet aanbevelen!

Séjour très agréable

Appartement très propre et très calme, conforme aux photographies. Conciergerie disponible et à l’écoute . A 15 minutes à pied de Jaune et 5 minutes de l’arrêt de bus pour les thermes de Royat ( trajet de 10 minutes). Supermarché et pharmacie au pied de l’immeuble.

Petit appartement très propre. Situé près du centre-ville. Place de parking très sécurisé. Supermarché au pied de l’immeuble. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait souhaitable dans la cuisine.

Très bien

Appartement parfait, bonne superficie, propre, équipement essentiel, grand placard et en plus un garage. Petit supermarché à 2 mètres. Petit problème avec le code mais très réactif résolu en moins d'une minute.
