Location. Near to town. Near to supermarket. Well equipped apartment. Secure parking in underground car park. Balcony giving a small outside seating area.
Difficult to find the office in the centre of Clermont Ferrand before being able to access the property.
Having to give bank card details and give permission to use up to €500 to cover any damage. No prior information given in property details on Booking.com.

l'appartement, la localisation proche du centre à pied, le rapport qualité/prix, la place de parking, la tranquillité dans l'immeuble, la terrasse
un problème avec la cafetière qui n'a pas vraiment été résolu,
il y a aussi une prise près du lit qui ne fonctionne pas mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé

Zentrale Lage, ruhig und direkte Einkaufsmöglichkeit
Der Backofen/Mikrowellenherd hat immer wieder Signaltöne, auch in der Nacht, von sich gegeben. Wir wurden immer wieder geweckt. Das Problem konnte während der Woche von Seiten des Vermieters nicht abgestellt werden.
Sauberkeit : Fettflecken an den Schranktüren und an den Fliessen in der Küche, benutze Teller ungewaschen im Schrank.
