Great location, friendly host. Close to the national park, supermarket and restaurants

Small room but cosy

We could check in earlier, around 13h, which was helpful. Unfortunately our studio was in -1 floor and we had baby stroller, which was allowed to leave upstairs near entrance. Anyways, walking down was not easy every time with 20 month sold kid and bags. The host helped us the first time to bring bags down and at the check-out took them up again. We also had a parking, which is helpful. The host Oscar gave us coffee capsules for free, which was very kind of him.

The walk to the lake was indeed 5 min, but up the hill and we had baby stroller, which made it very difficult and exhausting in the heat. Moreover, swimming in the lake for under 2 year old kid is not possible there, as it is very deep immediately at the coast. We had to walk 30 min to another side of the lake to get to the baby swimming (paid) facilities. The studio was in underground floor but coffee facilities were outside the house on the terrace- i had to leave the apartment (and baby) to go outside to make morning coffee. It is not practical and even dangerous to leave baby alone. I would appreciate coffee machine inside the studio.

The apartment is homey. It is a 5 minute walk to the lake. I enjoyed the walks around the lake and just by sitting near the lake, taking in the beauty of nature. The grocery shop and restaurants are just around the corner. It takes 30 minutes going to town.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from Lake Bled. Having a private parking space was a great advantage. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped and suitable for preparing simple meals. The bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet my expectations in several important aspects. The advertised mountain view was not really there, as the apartment was located on the ground floor among other buildings, with views limited to neighboring properties and parked cars. The apartment also did not have a balcony or patio, despite these being listed among the amenities. The washing machine, ironing facilities, and clothes drying rack were not available inside the apartment but were located in a shared laundry room, which we had to find ourselves. In addition, the air-conditioning unit was installed only in the living room, rather than being individually available in each room as suggested. Another issue was cleanliness. Some of the clothes hangers were dirty and stained, and unfortunately they left permanent marks on some of my clothing. Overall, the actual standard and facilities of the apartment differed noticeably from what we expected based on the listing.
