Good for one night. Close to the lake.

Quiet neighbourhood . Available parking spot. Clean. Easy access. Friendly host.

No special touches example no toiletries. Mattress, pillows and bed covers were not very comfortable.

Well positioned apartment but overpriced.

Excellent location, just 300 metres walk to Bled lake, there was an option to use 2 paddle boards and 2 bikes but this was a first come first served basis. The room was clean and the host was very helpful.

I found the advertisement for the property confusing, there were many pictures of all the different rooms but no distinction as to what picture was of what room so you had no idea what you were getting. There are 6 or 7 apartments in the building and you don’t know what you are getting until you get there. The double bed had 2 single duvets however I think this might be the norm as we stayed in quite a posh hotel and that had the same set up. Bathroom was very small.

There isn't a sofa, only a bench area, so sitting watching TV is a little uncomfortable. Also, the WiFi isn't great.

One of the bests in Bled

You couldn't ask for more! This is an awesome place for both shorter and longer stays. It's super calm and quiet, yet just a five-minute walk from the famous Lake Bled and close to the viewpoint trail. The kitchen is fully stocked, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were spotless. The staff (especially Oskar) was incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here during our next visit!. There is also a laundry room for guest convenience.

Excellent place if you plan to wake up early. Not the best for oversleeping

The place has the essentials for a few days stay (although seems other flats in the building are mostly used for a day stay). Bed is comfortable and room is dark. There is a washing and ironing room downstairs. Parking is available and is within short walking distance to a supermarket, and to the lake, and while it is a 20 min walk to Bled center... it should be ok for anybody visiting the area.

Room sound insulation is not adequate. Between 7-8 am you'll be woken up by people moving chairs in the flat upstairs. If you go out hiking early, this will not be an issue, if you are sleeping from a night out, it is.

Beautiful place, few minutes from the lake

This place is perfect! I would recommend to everyone who wants to stay here, please don’t hesitate! We took the 3 bedroom apartment which had kitchen that was fully complete and extras such as paddle boards and bicycles. The house was very clean and every room had veranda to relax. Situated with few minutes walk from walk and had calming views of meadows and hills. Oskar was kind and friendly. Loved this place and would definitely come again!

There was only 1 parking available. But we managed to find another carpark close by. The shower soap was very watery.

Good accommodation in Bled

We were welcomed by Oskar who was super nice & helpful. When asked, he gave us suggestions as to grocery stores, restaurants & coffee shops. Bicycles & stand up paddle boards were included but we didn't use them. Lovely fresh white bed linen, comfy bed & pillows. Basement apartment but well laid out & good light from the windows. Laundry room with washing machine & dryer too.

Great place to spend a quiet couple of days in Bled

Great location, very quiet but close to the lake. Having access to bicycles was just brilliant! Oskar was very helpful and friendly and we has somewhere to park the car.

Luxurious break, enjoying Lake Bled swimming and lakeside walks.

Luxurious and well appointed. A few minutes walk to swimming beach on Lake Bled. Country views and multiple balconies to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

We really enjoyed our stay!

The location was good and the property very clean. Had bikes and paddle boards to borrow free of charge and a kitchenette to cook simple meals. Good value compared to many other properties in the area.

Convenient to Lake Bled and all it’s activities.

Clean and modern with nice facilites including a washing machine. Location was excellent, away from crowds but still close to everything.

Shower was a bit small, not unusual for Europe.

Lack of response from owner

It's a nice big room albeit on the lower level but there was plenty of light. We had dinner at Carman House on both nights because it was so good, the food was lovely. Mala Osojnoca trailhead wasn't too far away and very convenient.

Since booking, I received one automated welcome message but nothing after wards. I sent a message to the owner the day before we were due to arrive to say we would arrive around mid day and asked if we could leave our bags at the property. There was no response. I sent another message at 10am on the day and when we arrived Bled at mid day there was still no response. I called the owner, it went to auto answering and said check in instructions was per message sent. Nothing was ever sent to me. A few moments later he called me back to say he would arrive at the property in an hour's time so I said I would have lunch first. I asked him about the lack of response to my messages but he avoided answering me. Then a little later he called me again to say he would whatsapp me the check in information and I could check in immediately His response after that was ok via WhatsApp, but the early experience was extremely bad and unprofessional

Great location and lots of facilities!! Spacious room and very clean. Comfortable bed. Had a breakfast basket delivered and had everything I needed in the apartment to cook meals!

The apartman was well equipped with the most needed items. It was exceptionally clean. The property's location is just a few minutes walk away from the lake and restaurants. Overall great value for the price. Definitely recommend!

Loved our short stay

This apartment was great for our family. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Oskar met us when we arrived and showed us the apartment and facilities. It was great having a washing machine and dryer to use. We didn't get to use them, but there are 2 bikes and a number of paddle boards available and free to use. The apartment was spotless and in a quiet location. Don't hesitate to book it. Also had English Netflix which was a bonus for the kids.

Location was very good as we could walk to the lake. We even walked to the center and there was a safe footpath all the way. Good restaurant nearby. Parking just in front of the accommodation and safe. There were two washing machines available. Detergent and softener were also available. Check in was easy and quick. Very friendly owner.

We had an absolutely fantastic vacation stay at the "Holiday Lake" apartment! The spacious and comfortable accommodations were perfect for our family's vacation. The location couldn't have been better – just a minute's walk from the stunning Bled Lake, providing breathtaking views from the balconies. What made our stay even more enjoyable was the exceptional hospitality of our host, Oskar. He was incredibly friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Without a doubt, we wholeheartedly recommend the "Holiday Lake" apartment to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing vacation experience. We are already looking forward to returning soon!

I would highly recommend it

Oskar is very kind host. He was waiting for us at the property at the discussed time. The rooms were very well equipped, nicely furnished and brilliantly clean. What's more, there were 2 bicycles and paddle boards we could use free of charge. Breakfast is not available at the property, but this is not a problem at all. You can prepare whatever you want at the well equipped kitchen. Otherwise there is a breakfast service with local farms providing all the good and fresh stuff delivered to your doorstep at the time you want. We chose this option :)

It was really fun and enjoyable rain and shine it was a great short stay I would 100% recommend!

Holiday Lake was amazing, it was in a fabulous location around the lake it was easy to get to and close to everything you’d need. The availability of paddle boards with the accommodation was a great addition and made for a fun day on the lake. As a group of girls in their 20’s we felt safe the whole time. All in all was a great trip to Bled.

Good position in a lovely area. Easy to walk to the lake and supermarket. Good restaurant and bar nearby. A relaxed and comfortable apartment with a good size tv to watch our uk coronation! Oskar on hand for any queries.
