Great villa in excellent location

The villa was lovely, very spacious and comfortable bedrooms. It is in a great location, it’s not far to walk into Bled and has a playground directly opposite. The communication from Jure, was excellent, with almost immediate responses to emails.

Some of the photos are out of date, the outside seating was not as pictured, and the sofas were different so only enough sofa seats for 5.

Lovely stay in a comfortable house with a great host.

Jure met us at the door and did a quick tour of the house. He showed us on a map the places we said we were planning to visit. He gave us good recommendations for restaurants and things to see. He brought us our breakfast the next morning which was delicious. The rooms are very comfortable. We had plenty of space for the 6 of us and we enjoyed having a kitchen and a living room. The downstairs bathroom is large with a great bathtub and a washing machine. We had a rental van and parking was very easy and convenient. Three of us used the bicycles. Walking down to the lake and back wasn't too far but it's a steep hill. There is a small grocery store within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Having simple directions for the oven would be very helpful. The house has beautiful stairs to get to all of the bedrooms.

The location is beautiful. Perfect for families with children. Close to the lake with a playground and running track on your doorstep.

It could do with a gate at the front door entrance - to stop kids running out on the road. Everything else was perfect

Jure made us feel welcome from start to finish, providing a recommendations to compliment our stay at Lake Bled including a map & key spots to visit. The villa was perfect with all of the necessary facilities (and more) as well as the special Villa Grad breakfast that arrived on day two (this is a must try if you get the chance - full produce, yum)! My friends and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The apartment was more than enough to a accommodate 7 of us - we particularly liked the bikes & made sure we had good use of them. A huge thank you to Jure and the team for making our stay so special.

I think it was a very good decision to choose this apartment, it was perfect base to explore Lake Bled. There is a playground too across the street. Thanks for the wine :)

Nothing at all. Just a warning: read the description of the accommodation carefully, there is a waterbed in one of the bedrooms, which can be an unpleasant surprise if you are careless ;)

The house was perfect. It was so close to Lake Bled. They had bikes to use and we biked around the lake. They had an amazing breakfast they brought to you in the morning.The house had everything you would need.

The Vila's location is really good: quiet place but only 15 min by foot to the lake. It is fully equipped with everything you need, it is clean and the beds are comfortable. Also a big plus for being pet friendly. :D Our host, Jure, helped us with so many recommendations for activities that we could do during our stay, but also places to eat. He is very helpful and friendly, an extraordinary host. I highly recommend their breakfast. The products are delicious and local. If you get the time, go to Jure's family farm and you will find over 20 types of alcoholic drinks, but also apple chips, juices, etc. It was hard to chose just a few of them, since they are very tasty. For sure we will want to come back.

Great place in top location, when you arriving you could see the Bled Castle

Verry funny stay for our group: we came too late, around 11 pm I think and left the house too early, me around 4 am and others until 10 am We booked the house because we needed kinda hub between Austria/Slovenia and Ljubljana airport But we realized it was a mistake, I would definitely book the house next time for much longer time

I’m not sure I didn’t like something, but it would be nice to have some wood for outside bbq But it’s not a season in Slovenia

House Was very comfortable, big, spacious and Clean. The host Was extremely helpful and friendly, also very flexible to our needs. We liked breakfast very much, arranged by the host (brough by the host to the house) - all that you need for breafast, local Food, fresh and very tasty), we could even make sandwiches for daily trips from the breakfast ingriedients (quite loads of Food). We appreciate a lot also the bikes we could use to enjoy our stay in Bled and sauna in the house. Location in Bled Was also good, close to few restauransts, and walking trips/paths, but a Little longer distance than walking to the lake. All in all - extremely Good experience while our stay in Slovenia, higly recommened by the group of 8! :) totally great experience when stay in Vila Grad!

Fantastic stay in Bled

This house is one of the most well-appointed places we have ever rented in our many years of traveling. Jure is professional, meticulous, and detail-oriented and it shows in every aspect of this house. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 and the house was so comfortable to sleep and hang out in. The kitchen and baths have everything you need and then some. The beds are comfortable. The tv/internet worked great. And the location was perfect - a 10 minute walk to Lake Bled, a great playground and sports park just across the street, and several restaurants, pubs, and a market within a 5 minute walk. There was room for our 6 passenger van in the driveway but there was a place to park another car on the other side of the house too. Jure even offered breakfast delivery from his parents’ tourist farm nearby which was AMAZING! Communication was easy and he always responded quickly. I can not recommend this place enough. We hope to be back in Bled next summer and will definitely try to stay here. We could’ve easily stayed for weeks and still been comfortable and happy.

House is on great location (few minute walk from centar), hosts is always aviable if you need some more informations. Across the road is a big children playground. Bar (coffee,bear) is also near. So the house is for every recommendation. Thank you Jure for everything.

Villa Grad to doskonałe miejsce na wypoczynek! Apartament jest przestronny, czysty i świetnie wyposażony – idealny zarówno na krótszy, jak i dłuższy pobyt. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dogodna, a okolica spokojna, co sprzyja relaksowi. Największym atutem tego miejsca jest jednak właściciel, Jura. Niezwykle pomocny, uprzejmy i zawsze dostępny, służy radą i dba o komfort gości. Dzięki niemu pobyt w Villa Grad był jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce i chętnie wrócę w przyszłości!

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Haus, hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, geräumige Villa, gute Aufteilung, 2 Bäder, die Sauna ist super. Gute Lage, alles ist mit einem Spaziergang gut erreichbar. Der Frühstückskorb mit regionalen Inhalten war sehr fein. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern.

Eines der Zimmer hat ein Wasserbett...mag sein dass sowas manchen gefällt, aber wir konnten uns damit leider nicht anfreunden.
