great apartment for a relaxed holiday

the welcome was very pleasant and firendly, Philipp was a great host, also the appartment was filled up with food and beverages for the first day. right below the apartment is a bakery, which is nice to get fresh baked goods in the mornings. the garden is very big and completely fenced, which was great for our dog theress also a Pool, sauna, barbeque, games, etc - everything needed for a relaxed holiday

it can be a little bit louder in the early hours of the day due to the bakery and the AC could not handle the heat wave - but that was no big deal

It was quite, big and with a wonderful view

It was big enough for 12 of us with out feeling on top of each other. The kitchen was big and the extra little house was great. Also they had the kitchen stocked up for us and it was wonderful.

The dishes and pots and pans can be updated.

We had a fantastic stay

We were warmly welcomed by the host, and greeted with local bakery products - super nice welcome. The stay in totality was outstanding - starting from amazing views and unique location, to cleanliness and number of facilities / options to spend time within the apartment or outside of it. It is a perfect example, that not everything has to be super new or modern in terms of for exaple furniture and so on - sometimes basics like cleanliness, friendliness and hospitality are fundaments that do most of the job ;) Without any hesitation - Planika is a fantastic, worth going to place. You will enjoy it

Beautiful views and such a comfortable villa!

We loved the amazing hospitality, as we were checking in on Sunday, everything was closed and we didn’t know that so when we arrived we had fresh baked bread, biscuits, snacks, some food for us to cook, drinks and we truly appreciate that. The house was super clean and the view was absolutely stunning. I’m already missing the smell of the bakery!!

We were struggling to work the sauna. The fuse kept going off and only one section of the heat was working. Anytime we added water the fuse would go, so we ended up giving up when it was really something we were all looking forward to using.

Superb

We traveled as a group of 5 grown ups and 5 kids and the home accommodated our needs very well. - The facilities are great alot of space with everything to make us feel "at home". - The kitchen is fully equipped - The living area included a large sound system , play station (that the kids loved..) and a widescreen TV. - The yard includes a Pool, Sauna, ping pong table and barbeque - Washing machine A wonderful surprise is the bakery below the house with the great and welcoming pastries

- The house does require a close by car as it's uphil to Bled

Really enjoyed Bled and, had greater expectations for house based upon photos

Location, bedrooms, outside facilities.

Expected full aircon, especially in all bedrooms. Size of pool didn’t match expectations from photos, no proper pool/ beach towels. Kitchen and bathrooms in need of modernisation.

Amazing view from the pool :-)

Amazing view, you will have everything in the garden /pool, tabletenis, grill, sauna/ it is a different "world" - this is what you see on the picture. The house have a well equiped kitchen - the owner left a lot of thing there to eat and drink and on the first day we also got fresh bakery products for free - thank you! And there is a small cottage belonging to the house where you can relax if you need some private time. The house was clean and had everything you need for a stay.

As we saw the picture I thought we will be accomodate in a wooden house, but it is a normal multy-storey brick house and have a common entrance with a bakery where they work at night that you can hear. As there is no dark curtain on the windows do not forget you eye mask :-)

This villa is really huge and provides lots of space for a big group of people. The pool with mountain view is just super. Large open green terrace with grill and deck chairs. Great hospitality - we were met on time of arrival by the host with many little compliment "surprises" like some food, fresh fruits and vegetables, baked goods and beverages in the fridge. The bakery on the ground floor makes excellent stuff. Property is in very good condition and is very well equipped both by kitchen equipment and various electronics and entertainment.

We have absolutely nothing to complain. However, guests should be ready for 2 things: location is outside of Bled, it is quite a long walk to get to the city center or to the closest supermarket. The lake is only 1 km away, but there is quite a steep slope to it - convenient to go one way, but requires serious effort to get back to the house. So, having a car is a big preference. If you ride a bike - get ready to ride the hill upwards. The second thing - early check-out. Someone may find unusual to check out by 10 a.m. Just be ready.

Zeer goed prijs/kwaliteit

Zeer ruime woning met luxe elementen zoals de bedden, de living met breedbeeld tv, relaxzetels, de BBQ, het zwembad en de sauna. Hartelijke ontvangst met een kast vol eten en bonnen voor de bakker. Zeer hygiënisch. Parking voor de deur

De badkamers zijn behoorlijk oud, wel functioneel en ruim. Een waarschuwing dat het huis boven een bakkerij ligt zou goed zijn, wel nauwelijks hinder daarvan.

Uns haben die nächtlichen Geräusche und der Geruch sehr gestört, wir würden auf keinen Fall wieder buchen, da wir etwas

Haus groß und sauber, gemütliche Betten! Der Kühlschrank, die Obstkörbe und die Speisekammer waren voll mit leckeren Lebensmitteln und Getränken. Außerdem lagen über 100€ bereit, damit man davon Frühstück in der darunter liegenden Böckerei kaufen konnte.

Bäder und Küche sind in die Jahre gekommen. Küchen- und Kleiderschränke müssten dringend sortiert werden, in allen Schubladen und Fächern liegt etwas. Klimaanlage gibt es nur in 2 Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer. Das Haus ist nicht alleinstehend, wie man auf den Bildern annehmen könnte. Das Holzhaus ist lediglich ein Haus im Garten mit nur einem Schlafzimmer, alle anderen Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Haupthaus. Im unteren Stockwerk des Haupthauses befindet sich eine Grossbäckerei. Abends beginnen die Back- und Verpackarbeiten und dauern die ganze Nacht an. In den beiden unteren Schlafzimmern hört man die ganze Nacht Rumpeln, Vibrieren und sogar die Stimmen der Bäcker, so dass wir die beiden Schlafzimmer unten gar nicht nutzen konnten. Durch den Garten führen die Abluftrohre der Bäckerei, so dass die ganze Zeit ein unangenehmer Backgeruch in der Luft liegt.

Piha, maisemat, sijainti ja asunnon tilavuus olivat hyvät. Uima-allas, play station ja jääkaapissa olleet antimet ilahduttivat. Maisemat olivat upeat!

Ala-oven lukitus puuttui, ilmastointia ei ollut kaikissa makuuhuoneissa, astioiden sekalaisuus, ulkoportaiden turvallisuus puutteellinen ja talon taakse piilotetut rikkinäiset romut.

Harika

Bahçesi harika!! Kalabalık bir arkadaş grubu olarak burada harika zaman geçirdik, daha uzun kalabilmeyi isterdik. Bled gölüne de çok yakın, çok huzurlu. Ev sahibi harika biri, bizi çok güzel karşıladı ve eve ihtiyacımız olabileceğinden de fazla bir çok erzak konulmuştu. Sabah ise aşağıdaki fırından taze ekmekleri ücretsiz alabilirsiniz.

Ahşap olmayan evin içi biraz eski, özellikle mutfak ve banyolar. Sabah çok erken saatte (5 gibi) aşağıdaki fırının çalışanlarının sesi eve geliyor ve aşağıdaki odalarda bizi uyandırdı. Ve belki sıcak yaz günleri için tüm odalarda klima olabilirdi. Ahşap ev ise harika!
