This place is unique. We loved everything. It's always a pleasure to see something practical but beautiful. Free parking and short walk to the lake and a market. If you book this one, please order your brekfast from Bled Breakfast. It was superb!. If we ever come back, we'll book this again.

We had been missing out the info that you need to pay extra for baby bed and tourist taxes. It wasn't a big sum, but still we noticed it when we arrived. We are a loud family and I was thinking if there is someone below this apartment number 2...it would be really loud and not so cozy in the apartment number 1. In the middle of the night the room got very hot. We had to use the ac to cool it down. At leat there was a way to get the temperature lower! Apartment needs deep clean.

Beautiful affordable stay near to Lake Bled

Really clean and nicely kept. Amazing location just 2 minutes from Lake Bled. Kitchen facilites made it so we could cook and make food whilst we were there. Plenty of off street free parking

People should be aware there’s no oven - but all other kitchen appliances (microwave, hob, grill, dishwasher) meant it was not an issue.

Stunning- would visit again.

Quality of the accommodation. Spotless, well maintained and luxurious. We loved how well equipped the kitchen was. Another positive was the shower with good pressure. Always a bonus. We had a very wet day and was lovely to spend the day in such a lovely accommodation. Hosts left some lovely wine, chocolates and tea. Was a lovely touch.

It was quite a walk from the main bus station. You can jump on a bus from bled to mlino and then its only a few mins walk. A bit further out from the main area but positive to this is its quieter. For us it was worth it for the standard of accommodation.

Absolutely satisfied

The area which in near to the bus stop you can go to neighboring area it’s also near to lake The property was very clean there was also the small shop not far with bakery which is a bonus There was also a complementary wine and chocolates as well as coffee maker which I brewed every morning.

Some mosquitoes and the fact that it’s a bit hilly it’s difficult to go up other than that the place and the area was gorgeous .

Amazing chalet. Perfect location. Lovely hosts.

We stayed in chalet 2 which was perfect for our family of 3. It is in a lovely location, just a short walk to the edge of the lake. The chalet is very clean, well air conditioned and the grounds very peaceful and spacious. The hosts were next door and there to answer any questions. We hired a car which made it very easy to visit everything. There was plenty of parking at the chalet which was really helpful as parking is very limited in Bled. Loved this chalet and would highly recommend it!

The most beautiful chalet!

It's in an excellent location, a few minutes walk to the lake and the views from the chalet are stunning. The chalet has a beautiful interior and exterior. It was very spacious and clean. The family was lovely and very welcoming. We stayed with our 3 year old son, and he also loved it. The garden area was perfect for him. He loved the trampoline. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in the chalet. It was a perfect stay!

Well throughout space that was close enough to walk to the lake

Easy walk to the lake. Everything nicely arranged in the unit and well thought out. Host was helpful and kind. Parking was available. I like how the windows opened into a balcony.

The bed was too firm to our liking, but that may be a preference type of item.

Perfect place for a family to stay

We loved the facilities. The outdoor area was great for the kids. The fact that the play area and chairs are shaded under the trees made it a great spot when hiding from the midday sun. The apartment is very modern and has air con. The location was perfect and the hosts and their daughter were very helpful and friendly. We would recommend it to our friends !

The property was amazing! fantastic location with just incredible views. amazing garden area for kids with playground/trampoline/football nets. This is a must stay place for families. The host also left us with a delicious bottle of wine and some chocolate

Chalet Zana, a perfect family retreat at Lake Bled.

A great location, just a few minutes walk from Lake Bled... we checked in early, which was really appreciated, with plenty of private parking. The family are really friendly and helpful and are there to help. The accommodation is modern and new, clean and with a great garden for the kids and relaxing. Everything was simple, clean, modern and perfect.. we highly recommend Chalet Zana as a place to stay in Lake Bled for couples or families. thank you!.

Wow

One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. Everything was perfect. Spotlessly clear, super comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, lots of outdoor space including BBQ facilities and loungers. Bottle of wine left in the apartment on arrival. Hosts were really helpful - allowed us to change dates and then check in early when travel plans changed. Location was superb - just a few mins walk to the Lake where there was a small supermarket and cafe/restaurant also.

Everything was fine! Thanks to the owners for the excellent conditions in the house. I had a birthday and the room was nicely decorated, left gifts for our children, wine and sweets for me and my husband. Thanks to Chalet Zana our vacation was great. The room is comfortable and very cosy, wonderful terrace and beautiful view

Superb

We had a wonderful stay in Chalet Zana! The Chalet was so warm, cosy and welcoming and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The Chalet has bespoke furniture made with the local wood which gave for a really authentic and cosy cabin in the woods experience. The Chalet comes with a hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (and pods), salt, pepper, and kitchen utensils. We were able to make our own meals easily from the ammenities but there is no oven so keep this in mind, aside from that the bathroom/shower was lovely and clean and came with good quality shower products. There was also a delicious bottle of white wine waiting for us and some small chocolates which was a lovely touch and very much enjoyed! The beds were comfy but a little soft for our liking however this is very much personal preference, the Chalet is open plan so a really nice layout for a social stay with a group of people, the TV faces the sofa rather than the bed. The hosts were friendly helpful and communicative via messenger, they live near by so popped round to welcome us and make sure we were in okay, and then were kind enough to let us keep our bags in the cabin after we checked out on the final day so we could explore as we had a late flight. We had a wonderful stay and definitely hope to visit again! Location wise the accomodation is about a 30 min walk from the main bus station if you are coming in from Ljubljana, but there is another bus stop which is a 5 minute walk where you can easily get the bus to Lake Bohinj (20 min journey and highly recommend a visit it's a more foresty winter wonderland vibe than Lake Bled and is around 3 euros), and you can also get the bus back to Ljubljana from this stop.

The only thing we felt was missing was some hot chocolate for your non tea/coffee drinker and perhaps some bread and milk would be a nice touch in case someone can't get to the local shop. Again probably not possible but we would have loved a log fire/stove just to add to that authentic cabin in the woods experience, but of course not essential and by no means made our stay any less enjoyable!

Excelent location, cosy and clean, recommendation for friends and family.

Clean and cosy, having all amenities you might for your family extended weekend brake. Interior is simple and beautiful, you have everything you might need in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Chalet Zana is located on an excellent position giving you opportunity not to be where the crowd is but allowing you to reach any place in Bled by walking.

Great great fun

The house is perfectly clean and perfectly new. It's about 10 minutes walk from Bled and we had great walks at the mornings and evenings - great fun. There are lots of games for children and whole family which also was great fun - badminton, football, bicycles (not sure if it's free during summer but for us it was free and it was huge fun and bonus. The trampoline wasn't usable (due to weather I think) but all the games they had were even much better (children ages 6,15,16). The kitchen and bathroom were great, dishwasher, etc. Really very comfortable. The mornings there are also great, the weather, the view (not bled, but nature and lot of fun). The house owners are very nice.

The house by itself was really great. Yet for me at the beginning the beds weren't comfortable enough (although they are good all in all and I got used to them), and for family with 3 children (ages 6,15,16) it's a little bit small.

Super clean, very well equiped apartment. Everything you need. The owners were near by and helpfull. Fantastic place 5min to the lake, quiet but close to everything important to see. Perfect place if you are tired of crowds of tourists 😄definitely worth visiting again and worth recomending!

Highly recommend!

Our stay at Chalet Zana was special and added a lot of joy and comfort to our trip. The house was clean and well equipped. The guests are very kind and generous, they welcomed us with a bottle of wine and chocolates and occasionally treated us with delicious fruits from their garden. My girls loved the yard in front of the house especially the trampoline. The location was amazing, just 5 minutes walk from the lake.

The property is tastefully done up and very clean. There were also booklets of information on what is nearby and where to go for meals. the host was staying nearby and was within reach if we need anything.
