Best possible location on lake bled. The view from the balconies are storybook

The decor is purposefully left like a traditional house which is quaint and I liked in many ways but it felt a bit cluttered.

My husband and I, along with another couple, stayed here during our two week European vacation, and this home ended up being one of our favorite places. The location was magical — quiet and tucked away, yet close enough to town for a quick drive or even a pleasant walk. The view looked like something out of a fairy tale. The house felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. There were plenty of blankets, towels, and kitchen essentials, and the pantry was stocked with thoughtful staples like coffee and seasonings. We picked up breakfast foods and snacks at the nearby store, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The décor is intentionally old fashioned, honoring the history of the home, and it added such a charming touch. The beds were comfortable, and I slept so well. When I called the owners with a question, they were incredibly kind, personable, and helpful. They even left us a beautiful chocolate with a Bled design, which we enjoyed one night while playing cards and using the games they provided. I also appreciated the laminated instructions for the washer/dryer and water heater — especially after dealing with confusing appliances in other rentals. There was also plenty of room to park our vehicle, which made coming and going very easy. Overall, this home was wonderful. The views from the balcony were absolutely amazing, and the hosts were truly delightful. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

The washer/dryer combo was slow and left clothes wrinkled, but it was still nice to have during a long trip. Not a big deal.

Cute house with the most amazing views. Great location. Easy walk down to the lake. The house had everything we needed and more, with the bonus of over 500 channels on the TV which was brilliant for us with the FIFA World Cup on. 10/10!

Amazing view and balcony

Shower was terrible and little to no hot water. Very over cluttered with furniture downstairs so little room to move.
