Palazzo Torre Apartment

The host Flavia was great - clear communication, accommodated our earlier check-in, helped with getting our luggage to third floor, explained everything. Location is great and it’s a nice size apartment especially in the very center of Palermo. Beds are comfortable, AC worked well, everything is very clean

The shower doors are not easy to open or close. Showers are small which is sort of understandable for the old historic building. And make sure you bring your shampoo and body wash - not saying it should be provided, but would be nice to mention in the description that they only provide super small samples.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Flavia in Palermo war einfach perfekt! Flavia ist eine freundliche, fröhliche und herzliche Gastgeberin, die uns mit tollen Tipps für Palermo versorgt hat. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an super, und die persönliche Einweisung bei der Ankunft war sehr hilfreich. Das Apartment war blitzsauber, die Betten sehr bequem und trotz der zentralen Lage war es nachts angenehm ruhig. Besonders praktisch fanden wir den kleinen Außenlift (Seilwinde) für das Gepäck – eine tolle Idee! Beste Lage im gepflegteren Altstadtbezirk nahe zum Bahn- und Busbahnhof sowie in das lebhafte Zentrum. Eine wunderschöne helle und freundliche Wohnung im vierten Obergeschoss eines sanierten Palazzo´s mit ausreichender aber liebevoller Ausstattung.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen aber wir möchten mehrere Hinweise geben: Das beschriebene Frühstück besteht aus einem "Starter"-Paket bei Anreise. Gewöhnlich buchen wir Frühstück, damit wir im Urlaub nicht einkaufen, abwaschen und aufräumen müssen. Das durften wir nun selber tun aber ohne Geschirrspüler. Aufgrund der Höhenlage der Wohnung gibt es eine Druckerhöhungsanlage für das Trinkwasser. Wer die Wohnung oben liebt, muss das Notwendige dann auch ertragen können! Nein - Sie müssen keine Sorge haben, wir haben uns schnell an das einige Momente anhaltende Brummen, Vibrieren und Pfeifen gewöhnt. Diese Punkte sollten in der Appartementbeschreibung erwähnt werden.

We absolutely loved our stay. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the location could not have been better. Everything was within walking distance, allowing us to experience the unique atmosphere of historic Palermo. Staying in such a beautiful historic building made the experience even more special. The apartment was lovely, bright, tastefully furnished, and incredibly cozy. From the very first moment, it felt like home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh. Flavia’s father welcomed us with open arms and made us feel truly welcome. Flavia herself is an incredibly kind, warm-hearted, and wonderful person. We sincerely wish their family many lovely guests in the future because they truly deserve it. Palermo is absolutely worth visiting, and this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the city. The famous landmarks, vibrant markets, restaurants, and beautiful streets are all just a pleasant walk away. We would happily stay here again!🫶
