    Staff are pleasant and helpful, room was well maintained and facilities were clean and respectable. Metro is two mins away from hotel, which takes 20 mins to central .. lovely area though, worth exploring the local hotspots

    I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Levell! The entire experience was seamless, but what really stood out was the service. The receptionist was incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The room was comfortable and clean. I’d definitely stay here again!

    I’d recommend this place only if cleanliness isn't a priority for you. We found a rubber object by the bed and reported it, but it was still there when we returned that night. The receptionist's excuse was that 'hoovering' is a separate cleaning category that must be requested. Even worse, the sheets didn't seem fresh; it looked like they had simply been inverted rather than changed. On the plus side, the price is very affordable and the staff are friendly, but the hygiene standards are disappointing.
