    The room was lovely, views from top floor were great and location was good (not super close to centre of town but very easy and quick by back or metro). Staff helpful, nice communal spaces etc. The only criticism I have is that the aircon was not very effective during the heatwave (it was around 30 degrees C when we were there) - there was information explaining that it was a green/environmentally type of airconditioning which cooled the building as opposed to pumping cold air into the room, which is probably great most of the year, just not that effective in a heatwave!

    Stayed here as it was near an event location. Room amenities were great but there isn't much to do in this area. There are limited food options and no groceries/convenient stores. It is pretty near the train station so you can head to Centraal and airport easily. Self check-in was disappointing though as there was hardly any directions or help from staff.

    A little further out from central but well connected via metro. Newly furnished, efficient check in / out, friendly concierge. One thing we wished was for a more full fledged supermarket nearby.

    Firstly, the hotel is self service. You must manually check yourself in, there’s no room service, no telephone to call a member of staff in an emergency, you must go all the way to reception for any requests and obtain you request yourself. Secondly the cleaners are very lazy. They did not clean the room daily as opted for in compromise of a “free drink” . Instead they used your old dirty bedding to make the bin, floors were not cleaned, bins were not emptied and room was not cleaned. During our whole stay room wasn’t cleaned once. Additionally, the male manager is angry and has a poor attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel nor would I stay there again.
