Lovely small apartment in 'De Pijp'

l’emplacement était parfait et les lieux sont petits mais très confortable. Les plafond sont hauts, avec la grande fenestration, on se sent dans un bel hotel.

We had a great stay in these apartments in Amsterdam! The location and neighborhood were perfect, both for reaching the city center and the Arena, as we visited for a concert. There are many great restaurants within a 10–15 minute walk, and the canal area nearby is perfect for a relaxing walk. The apartments are located in a quiet area, communication was smooth, and the host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place for a short stay in Amsterdam.

Location was great, not so central but close enough to walk or bike. Shower had hot water and the mini fridge in the room helped.

Lots of negatives with this place. I've attached some photos for reference. - the smallest sink in the bathroom, was difficult to freshen up without splashing water on the sides/floor - shower doesn't drain properly so you have to stop and wait for the water to drain to prevent overflow/flooding. - shelving unit in the corner is not stable at all. It almost fell on us. I checked the base and saw it wasn't properly attached to it's legs. (picture attached) Please sort this out because there could have been a serious accident. - no AC in the room, gets really hot during the sunny days - window couldn't close as it was so high up so you can hear literally everything. - upstairs is really loud and there was a lot of shouting and banging. - lots of cobwebs in the room, it needs a thorough deep clean. - inside of the kettle was disgusting. The smell was so bad, it had mould inside and left over water. I tried to clean it out myself, but I gave up in the end as it wasn't worth the time and effort. - cutlery and plates provided were dirty also, we didn't use any. - room only had 1 toilet roll during out 5 day stay so we had to buy more ourselves. - there's no handwash in the toilet also.
