Lovely small apartment in 'De Pijp'

Lovely, cosy, newly renovated and well designed little apartment with all the necessities provded. Everything was clean, with great coffee as well.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce logement. C'est petit mais très mignon et propre. Le lit est confortable. Il y a des articles de toilette dans la salle de bain ainsi que de quoi faire du café ou thé. La chambre est bien située, proche des transports en commun mais nous avons fait la majorité des trajets vers le centre à pied. C'est calme la nuit, nous avons très bien dormi. À recommander!

En plein été (et canicule), il fait chaud le matin car c'est orienté vers l'est. La présence d'un bon ventilateur aide.

Location was great, not so central but close enough to walk or bike. Shower had hot water and the mini fridge in the room helped.

Lots of negatives with this place. I've attached some photos for reference. - the smallest sink in the bathroom, was difficult to freshen up without splashing water on the sides/floor - shower doesn't drain properly so you have to stop and wait for the water to drain to prevent overflow/flooding. - shelving unit in the corner is not stable at all. It almost fell on us. I checked the base and saw it wasn't properly attached to it's legs. (picture attached) Please sort this out because there could have been a serious accident. - no AC in the room, gets really hot during the sunny days - window couldn't close as it was so high up so you can hear literally everything. - upstairs is really loud and there was a lot of shouting and banging. - lots of cobwebs in the room, it needs a thorough deep clean. - inside of the kettle was disgusting. The smell was so bad, it had mould inside and left over water. I tried to clean it out myself, but I gave up in the end as it wasn't worth the time and effort. - cutlery and plates provided were dirty also, we didn't use any. - room only had 1 toilet roll during out 5 day stay so we had to buy more ourselves. - there's no handwash in the toilet also.
