Clean, helpful and stepping forward staff. Detailed explained everything.
Thin walls, and noise could be heard from other rooms. But earplugs were offered straight away on the arrival briefing

One of our favourite places we have stayed in. Hosts were so lovely and attentive, breakfast was amazing. Room was well decorated, clean and comfortable. Very well located close to the metro line to get anywhere we needed to. Had an amazing stay :-)

It was very clean, the housts very gentle
Only think i was not very satisfied is that i had to carry my havy luggage to 1st floor , this is quite difficult being a woman to carry a 20 kg luggage
