Better than other Campanile hotels I have used.

Nothing really bad to say.

Clean environment and comfortable bed.

Too much light at night through the window at night.

Location was amazing! I stayed here for the Reggae Lake festival. The hotel is located on the park's doorstep, and right next to the metro station and bus station.

Rooms had no ventilation, and fans provided by the hotel (only upon request) were very weak. Housekeeping was poor. We had to make several requests for clean towels and to get our rubbish bins emptied on Saturday and Sunday!. We were refused ice by a barman on Sunday afternoon because he was saving it for people who wanted cocktails, we found this unreasonable given there was no fridge in our room, and poor ventilation meant our water and drinks in our room were warm, and, nobody was ordering cocktails!!
