Comfortable with an excellent breakfast

The ladies at the home were very kind. We had a lovely breakfast. The place was clean and nice. They also have a big yard with beautiful flowers. The location was great.

Scores would have been higher overall, but the interaction with the owner via texting and calling was very unpleasant. We never met him in person, but he was rude on the phone. My friend left some belongings by accident at the property and we contacted him by phone and by booking, but with no response. When he finally responded he acknowledged the bag was there, but was unwilling to work with us on getting it returned. We understood they couldn't deliver it to the local bus, but how that was communicated was very unhelpful and rude. We have stayed at other places that went out of their way to show extra hospitality when there was an issue. Everyone we personally met was great, but the rude way we were talked to unfortunately would make me not stay here again.
