Perched just above Camps Bay, you're going to struggle to find a home with a better location than this in Cape Town – or anywhere on the rest of the globe for that matter. Step out onto the terrace and you're greeted with a glorious view of white sands, rolling waves and the Table Mountain range in the distance. With scenery this stunning, you can see why the architect went for floor-to-ceiling glass windows in the main living area rather than walls. This decision also means that this space is treated to bountiful amounts of natural light, making it a lovely spot in which to relax. We're huge fans of the contemporary design throughout, especially the minimalist kitchen and colourful artworks adorning the walls. The home even has a surprise up its sleeve in the shape of the plunge pool accessed from one of the bedrooms, offering a wonderfully cooling way to deal with the South African summer months. If you're visiting during the cooler seasons, the large freestanding tub in the master bathroom steps up to the plate instead. As you can probably guess from the panorama, it doesn't take long to reach the beach – in fact, you can be standing on the sand in no more than three minutes on foot. It also only takes five minutes to drive over to the Table Mountain National Park, in which you'll find a wealth of hiking routes and vantage points. Cape Town's City Centre is just over ten minutes away in the car, too.
