Beautiful place to have peaceful holiday

Not a nice experience

When we arrived at the aparment at 6pm (check in time from 2pm) they were still cleaning so we had to wait for them to finish up. One of the bedroom doors were locked so we had a 3 bedroom apartment instead of a 4 bedroom apartment as booked. Very poorly maintained - very limited number of glasses, drawers off the hinges, we couldn’t lock the sliding door to the patio, none of the buttons on the intercom worked to open up. The cleaners arrived at 8am the next morning even though check out time is 10.30am. We then had painters arrive at 9.50am to gain access and come and paint in the house. The owners response to rectify the situation was to refund us for the one bedroom that was locked and to advise that they did not want to cancel last minute as they had a maintenance crisis. Quite frankly we would of appreciated any communication to explain any of this - which we did not receive at all. It was a really disappointing experience

My room was very small. I wish the pictures were taken in a way that one can really appreciate its small size. I was fortunate though because the other guest in the guest house were out most of the time so me and partner had the communal spaces to ourselves most of the time.

Very pleasant stay ,bedrooms are comfortable and the area is great

Self catering apartment.Very nice place but very little privacy in the communal area as the staff is there throughout the day and the website should have stated that the kitchen and lounge area is a communal space shared with guests in all rooms .Also - they need night lights for when one arrives to go up to the room .Also would have been nice - if not necessary - to stipulate whether they had loadshedding back-up .Otherwise,friendly staff,nice comfy bed,good and clean linen.Nice stay .

I liked everything thing. The hosts’ warm welcome and great communication skills. Reception was good and I really felt at home. This property has breathtaking views of the ocean. The interior decor and design are nothing short of stunning, creating a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. This property had a delightful scent ( one of a kind)

Prima, jammer van de stank!

De kamers op zich en het bed was super!

In de wastafel liep het water bijna niet weg. Ook is er een gezamelijke keuken/woonkamer. Twee dagen op rij besloot een andere gast vis te bakken waarna de gezamenlijke ruimte en onze kamers heel erg stonken. Vervelend! Ook zou ik willen adviseren een luifel aan de voorzijde te plaatsen. Het balkon is anders een groot deel van de dag niet bruikbaar door de enorme hitte/zon. Verder maken de omvormers van de noodstroom voorziening erg veel lawaai. Dat zou men ook deels kunnen oplossen met goede tochtstrips bij de deuren bijvoorbeeld.
