Good views and woth the money

Location and view is exceptional.

Location is not recommended for older people as there are about 48 (steep) steps from the road to the front door. Getting baggage up and down is cumbersome. The Master bedroom bathroom is tiny with no shelf space. The electrical outlet on the wall behind the dining room table does not work.

Overall a really nice apartment in Camps Bay

Spacious seafront apartment in a fabulous location. Three decent sized bedrooms all with ensuite facilities. High end furniture and appliances. Lovely daily housekeeper and very responsive managing agents.

Only one of the bedrooms had a closed-off ensuite bathroom, the other two had showers and toilets which were basically either in the room or just nearby so not much privacy. As we stayed slightly out of season there were a few things that weren't working or ready for us (pool, wifi, doorbell, outside light, heater/AC in one of the bedrooms) but the managing agents sorted out the issues incredibly promptly. Only 2 sets of keys provided which was occasionally a challenge as we were 3 couples.

Location was good and the view was beautiful. Pool area is nice.

Apartment was not in the condition we were expecting. Aircon in 3 bedrooms could not cool down or dry the air in the rooms. In the living room it was working ok. Kitchen was ugly, wooden floor was damaged and covered with a kind of plastic material and the smell was ugly. One of us got unfortunately allergic symptoms.

The stair climb was well worth the stunning view from many windows and from the deck.

lovely position but property needs updating

the property had a beautiful view but was on a very busy road

booking process was difficult and included paying a $900 security bond. they provided one set of keys for a group of 4 adults. There were 3 safes in the apartment but none worked. the kitchen was very old and the washing machine didn’t work. The property had an offensive smell.

Views and location was excellent. Beautiful property and nice pool and patio.

Load shedding at night, there were no inverter so we had to sit in the dark for 2+ hours every evening 1900-2100 or 2000-2200.

Fantastisch!!

De locatie was fantastisch. Het huis is heel smaakvol en comfortabel ingericht. Vooral het zitje met de twee fauteuils met zicht op de oceaan was een plek om heerlijk te ontspannen. De terrassen en de slaapkamers waren top!

Je ziet wel dat het huis qua onderhoud wat gedateerd is maar dat neemt niets weg van het mooie huis op de prachtige locatie!
