Amazing balcony overlooking the mountains

There was the most amazing view from the balcony. The guesthouse is ideally situated for going for walks, the landscape in the area is stunning. There is a nice bar/restaurant a few minutes walk away. Highly reccomended, we would definitely stay again!!

The fridge in the room doesn't get as cold as a regular fridge.

Lovely experience, beautiful nature, very kind host.

We were really happy about that stay in the house Guggenberger. Everything was really nice. The house is located right in the middle of the town - but in a quiet area. You have SPAR a couple of meters away. The sign of the accommodation is clearly visible from the main road, so you can't really miss it. Parking is spacious, even if you have a bigger car. The host is very kind and helpful. The room is spacious, with a mountain view and space for sitting, and relaxing + larger balcony. We had a wonderful big breakfast. We will definitely come back on our next trip! Recommended! :)

Absolutely loved the location lovely view and comfortable clean room

Didnt have breakfast but it was an option at extra cost. The only thing that let the room down was the pillows on the bed, they were large but very soft, being a little older i needed something more firm. But other than that a lovely stay. Quite a remote place, but a small grocery shop a minute away, and plenty of walks

Very nice and clean room in beautiful house with amazing view to the mountains. The beds were very comfortable, good for relaxing after all day hiking :) Breakfast was very good as well. I can only highly recomend this accomodation!

Nice place with a beautiful view. Spacious room. The owner was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good, solid choice of food. Good parking.

The only slight negative was a glass door to the toilette and bathroom. Otherwise we were very happy with the accommodation.

Minden tökéletes volt, a környék egy álom :)

2 éjszakát töltöttünk ezen a csodálatos helyen. A házigazdánk nagyon kedves és barátságos volt, bármilyen felemerült kérdésünkre azonnal válaszolt, kaptunk javaslatokat közeli éttermekre is. A reggeli (választható időponttal) bőséges és választékos volt, helyi specialitásokkal. A szoba tiszta és jól felszerelt, pazar kilátással az erkélyről a szemközti hegyekre. Parkolás megoldott a ház mögötti területen. A faluból indulva sok lehetőség adott a környék felfedezésére, túrázásra.

Krásná lokalita, v místě farmářský obchod, v blízkém kempu bazén, nedaleko příjemná restaurace.

Lokalita vynikající, klidná, příjezd dobrodružný, snídaně velmi dobrá. V dojezdové vzdálenosti jezero Braies a Tre Cime. A určitě plno dalších krásných a zajímavých míst.

Díky jazykové bariéře jsme se nedohodli dobře ohledně snídaně, která nebyla v ceně. Zeptali jsme se pouze v kolik je a pak nám byla připravena s dotazem, jestli ji nechceme, kdo ji zaplatí, přestože přítomni byli i jiní hosté... Jinak bychom jeli na výlet daleko dříve... Ale snídaně pak výborná!

Die Lage im Lesachtal ist außergewöhnlich, auch wenn sehr abgelegen. Außergewöhnlich hilfsbereite Gastgeber, auch in Sachen vergessene Textilien. ;-)

Semplicemente...un paradiso!

Alloggio migliore non potevamo desiderare! Località fantastica e super tranquilla, immersa nella natura tra le magnifiche Alpi Carniche! Posizione ideale per esplorare le valli della Carinzia intrattenendosi con attività di qualsiasi tipo, dalle passeggiate alle gite in bicicletta! L'appartamento è spazioso, molto confortevole e dotato di ogni accessorio necessario a rendere il soggiorno perfetto! Al suo interno non mancava nulla, tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno era pronto per essere utilizzato! È previsto anche un ingresso gratuito, per tutta la durata del soggiorno, alla piscina situata a pochissimi metri dalla casa e inoltre, al momento del nostro arrivo, ci è stata consegnata una tessera per usufruire di alcuni sconti nello svolgimento di moltissime attività in tutta la Carinzia! Ma un ringraziamento speciale voglio rivolgerlo alla proprietaria di Haus Guggenberger per la sua estrema gentilezza, ospitalità e disponibilità! Sempre pronta a rispondere a ogni nostro dubbio o richiesta, la signora ha saputo distinguersi per la sua unica cordialità! Infatti il giorno del mio compleanno mi ha regalato una scatola di deliziosi cioccolatini che ho il piacere di allegare alla mia recensione!! Che dire.... super consigliato a coppie e famiglie che vogliano godersi al massimo qualche giorno nella pace di questo magnifico paesaggio montano! Non vedo l'ora di tornare ad essere ospite di Haus Guggenberger e, chissà, magari già il prossimo anno!!

Es hat einfach alles gepasst und es wird alles für den Gast getan - Bravo

Ganz tolle Gastgeber - sehr bemüht. Kurzfristig gebucht (eine Stunde vor Ankunft) und kurze Nachricht geschickt, dass ein kaltes Bier nach Ankunft toll wäre. Die Gastgeber erwarteten uns vor dem Haus mit kühlen Getränken und haben uns gleich den Parkplatz für die Motorräder gezeigt. Wir durften und die Frühstückszeit aussuchen. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Da ist jemand mit ganzen Herzen dabei und das merkt man auch.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!!!

Super nette Gastgeber! Zimmer groß und luftig, alles sehr sauber! Es wurde täglich gereinigt! Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon. Nachts sehr ruhig, auch wenn alle Zimmer belegt waren. Das Frühstück war ein guter Start in den Tag. Sehr nett waren auch die Gespräche mit den Gastgebern, die Tipps waren super hilfreich!

Perfektes Hotel mit Frühstück!

Perfekt sauber, super Frühstück, extrem nette Hausbesitzerin, super Zimmer, super WLAN, super Parkplatz, Hausbesitzerin hat uns sogar in den nächsten Ort gefahren und um 22:00 wieder geholt = TOP!

Hat alles super gepasst, das einzige was man erwähnen kann, dass der Kühlschrank im Zimmer hin und wieder ein wenig laut ist.

Lokalita je zajímavá, ale propagační materiály, které byly na Ičku byly nedostatečné, málo podrobných map- fotomap.

Apartmán i celý dům voněl čistotou, vybavení dokonalé a vše naleštěné- nebo snad nové. Paní domácí velmi pozorná a všude je vidět její pečlivá ruka( i jejího partnera). Mohu všem jen doporučit!!!
