Human relations are not good at all, they were very aggressive during check out because we left the room at 11 instead of 10, the wife is nice but the husband is very aggressive. The internet network is very weak, although we paid 114 euros per night they asked for extras of 30 euros for a 4-year-old child and a 2-year-old baby. In addition, they did not agree that we would use the room's kitchen and said that it was an additional charge!!
