Calm and clean.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, and cleanliness. I have a motorcycle and enjoy being near the Grossglockner Alpine Road.

It was a hot day so I have to wait till evening to enjoy my room. This is more of my fault for choosing the wrong time of the year.

Overall a very nice stay.

This was a lovely B&B close to the Grosslockner Pass. The host Babsi was very friendly and welcoming. The room and bed was clean and comfortable. We loved the view of the Dolomites from the balcony and the breakfast in the morning.

The bathroom was a little tight. If you are a large person you may struggle but it didn’t bother us. You also need to be able to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs.

Excellent, highly recommended...

Beautiful location, great mountain views (see my picture with the foggy mountains, taken from the room balcony!), an excellent room with loads of space, comfortable and warm. Great facilities, clean and cared for. Very friendly hostess with warm welcome and a totally caring and helpful attitude. Breakfast was wonderful, and we were urged to stock up on food for along the way! Honestly, loved our stay and felt super supported!

Very lovely host which is very enthusiastic. Beautiful location with views on the Italian Dolomites. Rooms with a lot lot of space, which are very clean and modern. Good breakfast - try the home made jams! Excellent starting point for cycling and hiking in the area - lot's of trails and roads available. Facilities like restaurants and supermarkets just a few miles away (Linz). Next to a cycling friendly coffee cafe :-).

Really not anything negative comments on this accomodation. But if you want to avoid human interaction during your travel this accomodation might not the place to be....

Amazing!

Clean room! Warm and cosy. Also there is a kitchen with all equipment you need. Breakfasts was really good. View from the windows and balcony was amazing! Love this place so much!

The host is super friendly, mountain view from the room is very beautiful.

There is no ventilation equipment in the toilet. The door of the toilet is directly facing the bedroom. The smell is not easy to get out. The bath towels have a relatively unpleasant smell. It should be because the washing liquid is not enough. The floor of the room was not cleaned, and there was a cloud of dust. Breakfast was relatively simple and there were not many choices. The toilet drain is a bit blocked.

Great location, rooms and services, perfect for both couples and families with children. Very clean and tidy, tasty and diverse breakfast, comfy bed, breath-taking view from the balcony, very nice garden and terrace, lovely and welcoming host! The property has free parking, a very nice balcony, private bathroom, TV & fridge in the room. Delicious traditional food can be found at the restaurant right across the street. It's a perfect place for people who wish to go hiking in the nearby mountains.

We were a group of 8 adults and 7 children. What we liked the most is the great hospitality of the host, Babsi! She make us fill like guests in her home. The location is quite impressive. You can view the mountains and is close to ski area. I would really recommend this property!

Absolut Spitzenklasse! Spitzenmäßige Aussicht mit tollem Ambiente, Uhriges Bauernhaus mit modernen Zimmern. Super nette Familie die sich um jeden Gast toll kümmert und sehr herzlich ist!

Es waren tolle 5 Tage, die wir sehr genossen haben. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Eine tolle Unterkunft und fantastische Lage. Unser Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit einem großen Kühlschrank und Balkon. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit selbstgebackenem Nussbrot. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Babsi, die Chefin , ist sehr nett, gab uns viele Tips für Unternehmungen , alles war sehr familiär.

Panorama favoloso, in mezzo alla natura. Cordialità e professionalità della titolare. Giochi per bambini. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima. Ottimo ristorante di fronte alla struttura.

Relax sospesi nel cielo

Ottima posizione e vista stupenda sulla vallata di Lienz (siamo a 1000 m di quota). Tante camminate attorno alla struttura immerse nella natura. Comodo autobus per scendere a valle senza spostare l'auto e bar/ristorante fronte alloggio. Posto molto tranquillo e rilassante. Proprietaria molto gentile e accogliente, ti fa sentire a casa. Ferie molto belle!

Migliorabile un po' la pulizia generale della stanza, con presenza di qualche ragnatela o tendaggi non pulitissimi. Sarebbe bello fossero accessibili anche canali TV esteri

Alpenrose va benissimo per vacanze in natura, riposanti o culturali.

Tutto ottimo. Padrona di casa estremamente gentile e accogliente. Ci è stata data la camera prima dell'orario del check in. Siamo stati aiutati a portare su le valigie. La camera ha un balcone, la struttura ha un bel giardino e un grande parcheggio. Estremamente comodo per conoscere la natura. La struttura è valida anche per chi, come noi, intendeva prevalentemente visitare la città e l'area di Lienz in modo turistico. Ottima colazione. Buon ristorante proprio davanti alla struttura.

Één van onze betere b&b ervaringen prijs kwaliteit verhouding met zeer goede bedden. Aangenaam verra

Zeer hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw, die ons kamer 10 op de derde verdieping toevertrouwde. Vanop het balkon hadden we een zeer mooi uitzicht op de omliggende bergen, en bij klaar weer, op de vallei. Op de voorgrond een klein kerkje met een klok die ons elke dag om 6u00 wekte. Om 7u00 zaten we aan de ontbijttafel en konden we genieten van een heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt, alles mooi aangekleed en goed verzorgd. De gastvrouw Nam tijdens het ontbijt graag tijd voor een praatje en het beantwoorden van onze vragen. Als bonus kon mijn motor in één van de twee garages gestald worden. Voor het avondeten hoefden we enkel de straat over te steken om te kunnen genieten van een overheerlijke maaltijd aan een zeer schappelijke prijs. Tevens is het pension een zeer goede uitvalsbasis voor wie (al dan niet)met de motor graag de bergpassen opzoekt. Onder andere de Grossglockner was zeer dichtbij.

Onze vakantietijd was er veel te snel voorbij! 😉

Lenyűgöző kilátás és nyugalom

Varázslatos helyen van a szállás és a házigazda igazán vendégszerető. Maga a szállás igazi alpesi faház, ami nagyon hangulatos. A reggeli már már családias hangulatban zajlik, a szobák tiszták és jól felszereltek. Nem tudtunk időben érkezni de ez nem jelentett gondot a szállásadónk nagyon kedves és rugalmas volt, így teljes nyugalomban tudtunk este megérkezni és kipihenni magunkat. Sajnos csak egy éjszakára érkeztünk de tervezünk visszatérni, mert nagyon megtetszett a hely és a kilátás.

De terrassen, ligstoelen en zitjes met het uitzicht en de gemoedelijke sfeer. En een restaurant aan de overzijde is wel makkelijk. Je kunt je auto laten staan. Goed verblijf als je op doorreis bent.

Om de bagage de trappen op te krijgen, want we hadden een kamer op de tweede verdieping.

Excellente étape à vélo ++++

Excellent accueil, appartement impeccable, petit-déjeuner très très bien, et la dame qui m'a accueilli et servi le petit-déjeuner était vraiment très gentille. Ce sera un excellent souvenir. Mon vélo était bien garé et j'ai pu partir à 6h00 du matin pour une très longue route, comme je l'avais prévu. Merci !!!!
