Amazing,stylish,very clean,spacious, good spa facilities
Swimming pool was very cold, could be more warmer to be able spend more time inside not just cool down after sauna

This Hotel was Ok because as we got on with our journey through Turkey it got worse and we realized that this one was at least a little bit up to the EU standards we enjoy in EU. It was spacious and the young Lady ( I think Suada ) and the nice Man were very polite and helpful, thank you both.

Huge room, very clean, very helpful staff, large buffet breakfast, soundproofing good.
The swimming pool is not open on Sundays (!) and the rest of the week not open until noon - so weren’t able to use it at all, which was disappointing. And for a luxury hotel, why aren’t the bathroom towels thick and fluffy?

The staff was great even went the extra mile on request for valentines day setup in my room
The room was leaking water from the roof so they changed to another room i paid extra for a room with a jacuzzi bath the water that run from tap was barley warm so I did try to fill with boiled kettle to then find out the plug did not stop water draining 😅 so this was pointless task you let them know there is no hot water they said that's as hot as it gets so don't waste money on a hot tub or jacuzzi room because they are not worth it the water is only good enough for quick shower
