It's clean and very modern. Nice location on the water. Enjoyed the sauna!

Our cab driver from the airport wouldn't take us directly to the hotel bc the roads are a bit tricky and one way in front of the hotel by the sea. Close to a ferry terminal and shopping, and restaurants

High end place to stay in Izmir

Good location for seeing major sites and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Excellent customer service, free valet parking out the front (it's a pretty tight road so it's much appreciated!). Free mini bar drinks and really nice rooms. Quiet, clean, decent breakfast. we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was ideally located in Izmir with a direct access to the sea, restaurants and coffee shops. The service and equipment were excellent.

The complimentary bottles of water should have been put outside the mini-bar.

An amazing hotel, that provides outstanding service in every area. Two members of the staff Mehmet and Ugyer were amazing and could not have made us feel more welcome. This is a standout hotel, central located near the port area. I could not speak more highly of the hotel and its staff and would recommend it to anyone visiting Izmir.

An amazing stay with the best staff on board !

The property is centrally located with easy access to many restaurants and coffee shops. Having stayed in many hotels in the local area the Key hotel outshines all others hotels without doubt. Staff go above and beyond to ensure that your needs are met, they are friendly and courteous and always go above and beyond for the smallest request. The hotel is impeccably clean with a modern decor. I wouldn’t hesitate to return again. Thank you for a great stay !

Courteous, clean and great service and staff.

Location was excellent, however tricky to locate on google maps. There is no street parking however the staff took care of that by offering valet parking at no extra cost. Friendly and professional staff.

For a five Starr hotel the Breakfast variety and choices was limited. And at extra cost.

Luxury and comfort at affordable prices

The location was perfect , walking distance to everything. The hotel was extremely decadent and had all the luxuries of a modern hotel. Staff went above and beyond , nothing was a bother. The breakfast was an absolute winner . Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Clean, modern, very upscale. Front doorman was extremely helpful and polite!

We opted to skip the breakfast which had an additional charge of 900 Turkish lire per person, quite expensive. Instead we found another restaurant in the vicinity that was enough.

Outstanding - would recommend wholeheartedly!

One of the best value for money hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The attention to detail from the electric blinds to the complementary continental breakfast in bed to the pillow service was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and kind. Would recommend 100%.

The only thing was missing was a swimming pool but there was a sauna and small gym which was nice.

Sweet stay

Location was excellent. Close to konak pier shopping, cinema and restaurants. 8 minute walk to ottoman clock tower, 15 minute to the bazaar and agora.

Too bad that there was no pool. But everything else was excellent!

Friendly and helpful staff.

We had amazing time and everything was great however I don't recommend the hotel to seniors or people with impaired vision. The finishing materials like black stone, glass and mirrors make difficulties in vision and sometimes confusion and lost. The lighting inside the rooms was not enough, and so it was not much helpful with black stones. We were in a family suite and so two rooms had no view. The blinds had to be closed all the time as the windows open to central autrium however one room had amazing view to the sea. The breakfast was nice and it would be great if there were more seasonal local fresh fruits and authentic Turkish foods, dairies and produces.

Closeness to the sea. Clean. Spacious. Close to city center.

Parking not easy to find but the valet can help. Old furniture. New towels needed. No elevator from concierge. The shower is old. Breakfast is average. TV is old, needs more channels. Our room was located on the 3rd floor and the window overlooked the street, and so we were not able to sleep from the noise, we were able to hear what people were saying!!!
