It was a decent hotel for few nights stay or if you don’t stay at the hotel for most of the time.

The location is at the center of Konak. Very convenient

They didn’t give us enough towels in our first night. And the bathroom wasn’t that clean.

Nice accommodation close to everything

1) Very good breakfast selection, with custom-made egg dishes, and lots of veggies. Moreover, the breakfast is on 8th floor, with some very nice views. 2) Clean, quiet and comfy rooms. 3) Great location: very close to shops, restaurants, sights, public transport and sea waterfont. 4) The built-in safe in the room easily accommodated my laptop and other valuables.

1) I missed fresh orange juice at breakfast. 2) It took long time before warm water started running in the shower.

Very well located in a safe area and quite calm area. In a walking distance you can reach all the main points of interest. Friendly staff. The room is big enough very comfortable for one person.

Great location, good value for money

Great location, very close to the shore, ferry, lots of restaurants and cafes. Very clean. The bathroom needs refurbishing. Very friendly staff. It was possible to adjust the temperature of the AC in the room personally, which was great when the temperature was 40 degrees Celsius outside. Very good breakfast with lots of choice. Good value for the money.

Disappointing but passable

The staff at the restaurant in the lobby were lovely. It was also located close to the esplanade walk which was nice.

The receptionist who checked us in was distant and aloof. No effort was made to explain the facilities to us or provide any information about the hotel. The shower was mouldy and didn’t drain. When I requested assistance, the handyman was sent to my room, changed the shower head that was mouldy but did nothing to address the mould issue. Then to “fix” the draining issue, he removed part of the drain. It was still a problem after one shower. We were disappointed given that this is a Radisson hotel. We expected basic services like a shower.

Great stay, great service, and great memories

I really enjoyed my stay at the property. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The view from my room was absolutely beautiful, especially during sunset. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with a smile. The food was delicious. The rooms were very clean, modern, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Central location- close to cheaper as well as more expensive restaurants & eating areas. Aesthetically lovely & well designed - the breakfast room is particularly beautiful. Reception staff were courteous, welcoming and particularly helpful, however breakfast staff were efficient but could do more to engage with guests - it makes such a difference and this is not fully appreciated by the staff (with the exception of reception staff who were excellent). The chefs at the egg station really need to learn a few phrases in English so that they get your breakfast order right. The range of breakfast was good but a wider selection of breads & cheeses would make the quality of the breakfast even better as these were limited. Orange juice should also be served rather than orange drink- inexcusable in Turkey. Had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant- it was great.

I came back to my room at 5 pm and it was still not cleaned yet. cleaning lady asked me if I want her to clean it. obviously I did cos I didn’t put label “ not clean”, but I also wanted to rest in my room after walking all da long - no chance, cleaning just started.
