I'm not usually one to complain, the staff are friendly enough and were willing to help to the best of there ability, but I booked the hotel with my girlfriend to enjoy a swim and sauna. On arrival we was told that there is no pool I was instantly disappointed as I had already paid for two nights before I saw the place.. don't get me wrong the building is beautiful and well kept clean etc.. the food is amazing including friendly restaurant staff, I believe they are understaffed and maybe not getting enough business to keep up with the bills etc. it's a shame that I gave a 1 star ⭐ for the facilities because it should be a 5 star but if there are no staff to maintain the sauna steam room and swimming pool what's the point in having them there!!

I had a pleasant stay at the Mia, the staff were helpful even with language barrier (I only speak English), the bed was comfortable, wifi fast, nothing to complain about other than TV didn’t work
