We stayed for a night during our trip. The location is excellent. You can find a lot of restaurants and cafes by the seaside and the most iconic spots of İzmir are located nearby. Our room had a partial sea view (unlike the room photos which advertises the room like it has a full sea view) but no big deal. The staff was also very responsive and polite. The price was also a good deal for such a place. I definitely recommend.

I had a very good stay at Park Inn Hotel in Izmir. The overall experience is comfortable and enjoyable.
The breakfast is good with a nice variety and good quality. The room size is spacious & well-designed and I really liked the modern touch such as the LED lighting and RGB lights, which added a nice atmosphere to the room.
The bathroom is also clean and well-sized which made the stay even more comfortable.
The only downside is the air conditioning system. In cold weather, the AC works only on heating mode and there was no cooling option, which might be inconvenient for guests who prefer a cooler room temperature.
Overall, it’s a great hotel with good facilities, especially for travelers looking for comfort and a modern room setup.

The location is convenient, but the nightly rate doesn’t match the level of service provided. Despite the frequent rain in Izmir, the hotel didn’t have an umbrella available. The mirrors and windows were not properly cleaned. The hotel has just one iron for all guests, and staff may disturb you during your stay to collect it. Additionally, access to the rooftop is restricted after 11 a.m. During the rain, water started dripping inside the rooftop restaurant, leaving the floor wet and slippery.

as the frequent customer of Radisson group hotel, we feel disappointed with the service of this hotel chain in Izmir. Firstly, we got a smoking room albeit has booked for a non-smoking family room. The hotel finally gave us two room with connecting door, which we appreciated even though we lost the sea view from the original room. Secondly, the AC in the room did not work properly, so we had to open the window during the night coz the room getting hot. Thirdly, the receptionist is not very informative, without sufficient explanation about the hotel, eg, the breakfast time and room, wifi and all the standard information. Lastly, this hotel didn’t provide ammenities, the handsoap container was empty & the towels look worn. Fortunately we bring our own. We hope the hotel can improve and become better in the future.
