Limpeza e localização
Somente uma das atendentes não estava informada sobre as condições estipuladas na reserva (Limpeza do quarto a cada 4 dias e insistiu em que não existia a limpeza no pacote. Não foi simpatica, estando sempre com pouca disposição para atender, seja qual fosse a demanda. Evitamos ao máximo falar com ela.

Strategické umístění v centru města vedle nádraží, které lze užívat zdarma do okolí s Montreux Riviera Card obdrženou v ceně pokoje. Klimatizace pokoje a personálu hotelu.
V kuchyňce chybí vývrtka a sklenice na víno.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr gutes Restaurant und sehr guter Service in Restaurant, Bar und an der Reception. Die Tiefgarage ist praktisch und jederzeit erreichbar.
Man müsste transparent kommunizieren, dass der SPA-Bereich, insbesondere das Whirlpool nicht zur Verfügung stehen. Das haben wir erst vor Ort erfahren.
