Great location, excellent host, minor details to improve

We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back. The apartment is well located, comfortable and well maintained, and the host was truly excellent: very kind, reactive and helpful, always available both by phone and message. Communication was smooth and reassuring from start to finish. We also really appreciated the welcome details: finding a couple of beers, a bottle of wine and water in the fridge was a lovely touch and made us feel immediately at home. Overall a very pleasant stay — we would definitely come back.

there are just a few minor points worth mentioning, also noted by other guests: The sleeping area can get quite warm, especially at night. The shower curtain is very light and tends to move towards you during the shower due to warm air circulation, creating an annoying “vortex” effect. A heavier fabric curtain would make a big difference. While the stainless steel pots are in great condition, some non-stick pans and plastic utensils are quite worn and scratched. The pans in particular could be replaced, as scratched surfaces are not ideal from a health point of view. Overall, these are relatively small issues compared to the many positives. Thanks to the great hospitality, the comfort of the apartment and the attention to guests, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Clean, spacious apartment managed by accommodating host.

The apartment is located in a relatively quiet street and within short walking distance to the lake, the township and train and bus stations. Supermarkets and restaurants are also easily accessible. The apartment was spacious and included a living space and two bedrooms, the second of which was quite small. Both beds were standard double beds, not queen size. The place was very clean and the bathroom facilities were adequate. The host, Anders, provided a detailed summary of establishments and facilities nearby which was very useful, and communication with him was very genial and he responded to questions quickly.

The double beds are quite small and there was no air-conditioning as the nights were quite warm. Cancellation policy could be more generous. No refund after booking!

The apartment was brilliantly situated and very nicely furnished and equipped.

The layout of the apartment. The quietness of the street & the building. The proximity to the lakeside and a great selection of places to eat. The proximity to the station. The beds were very comfortable. It was lovely to find some wine and beers & water in the fridge. Lots of helpful local information about things to do in the area.

Big space, kitchen equipped well, excellent location near the lake, very quiet (apart from the workmen in the morning), very clean, very fancy TV.

In bathroom we could sense humidity. Towels and linens had smell of humidity as well. The bedroom with window on internal staircase was not properly vacuumed

Wonderful location and stunning view! In the heart of the old town, close to the lake. Charming building. Helpful and responsive host. Kitchen with all essentials including coffee machine and complimentary wine.

Cleaning could be more thorough. The floor was visible dusty when we arrived, especially under the table, bed etc

Nice and comfy stay within few meters from Lake Geneva!!!

Quite a Modern apartment with all nice and good things in the heart of the Vevey downtown. Just a few meters away from the lake and also the tourist attractions around the lake. The host is reachable all the time and was helpful with all the queries I had. The apartment has all the modern amenities with kitchen (with all that you need and want : ) ) A complimentary Wine and Juice, that's nice. We had a good time and our trip was memorable! Just to add, I had some initial trouble to set up the Internet, but the Host was always there to help resolve the issue, so if you are there and have issues getting on the internet straight away reach out to the Host to save some time.

Hmm would be nice to have a secure Luggage storage area, we had to keep our luggage in front of the apartment door on the last day. It was secure until we returned, the apartment premises are quite secure so not of a big complaint but just an uncomfortable feeling to leave it in the front.

Juste une honte! Tout est acceptable dans chaque lieu, mais pas le fait d'être trompés à ce point.

L'emplacement au coeur de la vieille ville à quelques pas du lac, mais C'EST TOUT!

La publicité mensongère annonçant des balcons et vue lac inexistants. Le manque d'isolation tant d'un point de vue visuel (chambre donnant sur l'escalier de l'immeuble sans même un volet), que phonique (vous vivez avec les voisins, mais aussi avec le bruit du parking et des poubelles juste sous votre fenêtre).

Der Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Gegend war alles in allem sehr schön!

Die zentrale Lage in der schönen Altstadt und die Nähe zum See. Das die Fenster ganz verdunkelt werden konnten.

Es fehlte uns die Garderobe für die Jacken, - wussten uns aber zu helfen. Die Dusche ist etwas unpraktisch. Die Betten sind für 2 Erwachsene Personen zu knapp und das Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster nach draussen, ist nicht sehr appart.
