Extremely convenient and very comfortable

Super convenient, the check in happens online, one can enter the hotel at any time of the day thanks to the digital key card. The property is located conveniently close to the train station. Breakfast can be ordered online, it will be delivered right to the room door. The room is spacey and has everything one could need, including a small kitchen, sofa, and table.

Great stay in Vevey

Comfortable beds. Rooms were good size and clean. Great value for money. Option for 24h parking in Vevey was at a very interesting rate and I would recommend to book this option.

We only had 1 water glass but there were several wine glasses. Some sugar for coffee would have been nice.

It’s nice, clean and directly in the city

I called there the day before from Germany and the lady on the line promised me that I could check in earlier than 4pm. Arrived at 2pm wanted to check in, nothing worked. Waited until 4pm went to the room and it was dirty and unclean. The cleaners came in at 6 pm and I arrived to late to the wedding

Convenient, clean, good property, but below average service.

Location was excellent, close to station, the lake, the old town, etc. The room was well appointed with a kitchenette, pans, plates, pots utensils, etc. The building is next to a local cafe/restaurant and convenient.

My TV never worked. The information on checking in and getting door codes was quite spartan, and it took some effort to figure out how to use the app interface and key code as there were duplicate toggles. The kithcenette appliances had displays in Cyrillic script, and it took a lot of effort to figure out how the appliances worked. I called the "front desk" but they did not either underdtand the problem (cyrillic script was unreadable for me), or fix the TV by adding batteries to the remote, as promised.

I requested the key earlier and I got a message that my room is ready, to go and find the cleaning service in my room. I had to wait for 1h outside as there is no lobby or rest area. WiFi is also not very good. I would say 4/10.

Cutting edge place, avoid it in summer

The self check in is superb using the digital keys

Place advertised as having AC, when I complained it didn’t work someone started trying me to convince that I didn’t know how to operate it. When I complained again next day I was told that they don’t have AC, despite clearly advertised with it, because Switzerland cares about the environment. What about caring about your customers? Same for the hot water, at least this was fixed next day. This seems to be a practice in Vaud, I stayed in many places and at least in other hotels they tell you they want to save energy, instead of trying to convince you that is your fault or greenwashing you with excuses.

Bien situé et confortable

Logement bien situé, arrivée indépendante et possibilité de réserver le parking à l'avance pour un prix raisonnable, ce qui est pratique. A savoir qu'il s'agit du parking dans la ville de Vevey et pas un parking dédié à l'hôtel. Super la carte de transport Montreux pour ne plus toucher la voiture ensuite.

Très bon séjour.

L'hôtel est au coeur du centre-ville, à 5 min de la gare et à 5 min du bord du lac. Il se situe dans une zone relativement calme, mais proche de commerce en même temps. Ce qui permet facilement d'y accéder en cas de besoin, ou d'aller rapidement se promener au bord du lac. La chambre était relativement spacieuse et contient tous les éléments nécessaires pour cuisiner, en plus de bénéficier d'une table à manger, d'un canapé et de chaises.

L'hôtel ne contient pas de place de parc personnel, ce qui peut être dommage, car la zone contient passablement de place de parc, mais il faut lutter pour pour en trouver une de libre.

Camera accogliente. La cucina era ben fornita e aveva tutto l'occorrente per preparare una cena. La reattività del supporto nel rispondere alle nostre domande ed esigenze perfino il 31/12. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere il contro a piedi.

Stanza un po' piccola. Avrei preferito maggiore chiarezza sul pass per il parcheggio, ma comunque il supporto ha risposto prontamente ai nostri dubbi
