Very nice view and location, supportive team, but require some improvement

Location and view, availability of parking, washing machine and dish washer, satisfied with the security, the team are very supportive and respond to any request

The place need deep cleaning not only bed sheets place is very dusty and items left from previous guest (pasta box in the garbage, 2 plates were dirty), some items in the kitchen are missing, detergent items to be placed even if minimum quantities, the parking entrance from the building is hard to find (no signs), doors and toilet doesn’t have lock/key, area around is noisy at late night and there is no AC and you need the window to be open, master bed room is the only one that doesn’t have window sun blind which made our sleep very hard

we loved our stay in this apartment in Montreux. would recommend

excellent location, size was good for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens), clean and felt safe with the access system. Edgar the property rep was very helpful and friendly.

only issue was electrical that caused a problem with doing laundry - which we needed because we were on an extended stay but it was repaired by our last night.

The appartment was nice.. Montreux is a very loud city, and keping open the windows is not recommended, if you are not used to it. the bathroom is small but basically well equipped quite modern, the air was not really working in it. for the rest it was fine :)

the door din't close well, you had to close it by key always.. not an issue.. but if you have just one key and somebody stays in and the other goes out.. as there is a Washing machine I suggest you offer also something where the laundry can be clipped to dry..
