Wonderful, unique place to stay!

Amazing. We loved staying in the old Chateau. It was so authentic and absolutely beautiful. Easy check in. So much room for our family of 4 adults. Beds were very comfy. It had everything we needed, even a fondue pot. People have complained about the walk to transport - walking up to the train is a bit of a chore, but if you work out your travel, you can make it that it is always a downhill walk using buses or trains. The walk downhill to both is lovely as well. We all loved our stay here and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a unique stay.

The castle grounds could use a bit of maintenance to tidy the gardens around it. This didn't stop me giving it a 10/10 though.

Awful

We could not find checkin. No one there. They were having a very noisy 50 birthday in the whole place. The place smelled terrible. We are waiting for a refund. We could not stay. It was absolutely terrible

Amazing experience with unforgettable views.

The castle was amazing... one of the most beautiful sites around. Great view and veri comfortable. We felt like royalty staying in this place.

Accessing the apartment was a little difficult for us because we have a baby. Nevertheless it was not a big deal. just some stairs before entering the room

Our Experience staying in this apartment in Montreux

First of all we really liked the welcome that the host gave us, the view was amazing especially from the balcony that was outside the house and the house was really comfortable and very pretty too, there was everything we needed.

We really liked everything but we would just like to say that maybe it would really help to keep a mop in bathroom because the floors gets wet.

Nice view; rustic; Romantic surrounds; shame about the management..

View fantastic; spacious room; full kitchen facilities; good coffee machine; nice bath and plenty of hot water.

No kitchen plug; no iron as advertised; had to ask for the blow dryer; fireplace advertised but not set up if we wanted to use it; no communication from manager at all even when we were waiting to check in for 45 mins after ringing two different numbers. Had to eventually find a young woman ? Housekeeper to let us in. Party next door on final night made sleeping difficult. No instruction on leaving. Felt haphazard. Polite messages from parent company were helpful but to late to assist us- manager should have been available. Close to motorway although if all windows were shut, that was ok. No aircon.

Gorgeous château with an unforgettable view a short drive from Montreux.

The view is so beautiful - we loved spending time out on the terrace watching the sunset!

We would have loved some small toileteries like shampoo, conditioner and body soap.

The view from the Castle is absolutely beautiful, It is even nicer than the view I got from different hikes in Vevey and Lavaus. Within a few minutes, the train takes you to Montreux.

Beautiful location, however not suitable for families.

Views were great from the terrace. Easy parking and quiet location.

We booked for 5 but only received linen and for 4 people. No plug for the sink and no dish cloths for basic washing up, unable to use the oven as there wasn't any oven racks. No ice tray and limited kitchen equipment. Entire apartment was super squeaky, doors, floors, beds etc.

L’emplacement en hauteur

Le manque d’igiene , ils n’ont pas tenu compte qu on arrive avec un bébé ! Araignées partout ! Toile d’araignée partout dans le logement , insectes. Ils n’ont même pas passer l’aspirateur avant qu on arrive ! Les essuies avec des taches , ainsi que les tapis et canapés ! Moi j’ai même pas pu dormir à cause des allergies aus araignées . Je suis tellement déçu ! On pense payer un prix élever pour Noël pour avoir des meilleures conditions.
