Spacious and newly furnished two-room apartment located just about 250 m from the beach.

The ALTES POSTAMT building, a historic landmark dating from 1939, was
extensively restored in 2000. Thanks to its exceptional details and a ceiling height
of 3.10 m, the space feels spacious and flooded with light.
In the first half of 2022, the apartment underwent a complete renovation and now meets the highest standards.
Its central location on Zeppelinstraße puts the beach and the center of Binz just a
few steps away. The apartment is located on the first floor. Although there is an elevator,
the apartment is not wheelchair-accessible due to a 6-step exterior staircase.
The apartment features a separate bedroom and, with its 54 m², is perfectly suited for a
stay for 2 people. Unfortunately, smoking and bringing pets are not permitted
. A ground-level room is available for any bicycles you may bring.
A reserved parking space (max. height 1.90 m) awaits your car in the nearby parking garage,
Wi-Fi (40 Mbit/s download / 7 Mbit/s upload)

Bed linens and bath towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee.
