"Villa Sirene" is located right on the beach in Alt-Binz, in a quiet yet central setting. The main street is about 250 meters away. The stylishly renovated house shines in fresh white with gold lettering and a statue of the "Sirene" on the roof.
The large rooftop terrace, furnished with lounge chairs, tables, wicker armchairs, and umbrellas, invites you to linger and offers a fantastic view across the entire Binz Bay.
The building features a sauna, coin-operated washing machine, and dryer—as well as an elevator. There is a separate bike storage area in the courtyard.
It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the pier or the Haus des Gastes.
Your own beach chair is located right next to VILLA SIRENE. (May–September)
