Our bright, 70 m² vacation apartment—complete with a beach chair in the front row, two covered balconies, a parking space, and a private bike storage room—warmly welcomes you.
The vacation rental welcomes you with a bright, spacious living area that lets in plenty of natural light through numerous windows and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding villas on the street. The open layout and friendly atmosphere create a pleasant vacation feeling from the very first moment.
The living room forms the heart of the apartment and is furnished with a cozy couch, a TV, and a separate dining area. The open kitchen blends harmoniously into the space and, as a practical kitchenette, comes fully equipped with all the essentials. The living area is complemented by a small work nook with a desk, which is ideal for reading or occasional work. The built-in sofa bed can be converted into an additional sleeping space in just a few simple steps if needed.
From the living room, you can step out onto one of the two balconies, where you can enjoy the view of the neighboring villas. The separate bedroom offers a quiet retreat with a comfortable double bed, ample storage space, and its own balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
